Florida Panthers winger Sam Reinhart is averaging 21:12 of ice time while playing all situations during the postseason, and he led Florida forwards in minutes in Game 1 (21:47). Reinhart has also paced the Cats in shots (52) during the playoffs and has recorded four or more in seven of 12 playoff games.
I also like this leg because the go-to winger posted an excellent 61.9 Corsi For percentage at five-on-five in Game 1, and Reinhart’s shot volume is consistent with at least three shots in all but one postseason contest.
Another consistent shooter to target is New York Rangers center Vincent Trocheck. The veteran center is leading the Rangers in shots (33), which includes his team-high 13 with the man advantage, and he has three or more shots in eight of 11 playoff games while leading Blueshirt forwards in ice time with an average of 23:07 per night.
Additionally, he and linemates Artemi Panarin and Alexis Lafreniere were the only New York trio to drive 5-on-5 possession in Game 1, and they put on a clinic with a 62.5 CF% and 66.7% shot share.
I’m looking to take advantage of a shrinking saves total from Rangers starter Igor Shesterkin with the final leg of this same-game parlay. He closed at 30.5 saves in Game 6 against the Carolina Hurricanes and 29.5 saves in Game 1 against Florida.
The Panthers only had 66 attempts and 28 shots in the series opener, and both marks were well below their 68.8 attempts and 32.9 shots per 60 minutes across the first two rounds of the playoffs.
