Mason McTavish's second goal and third point of the game came short-handed with 13 seconds left in regulation and gave the visiting Anaheim Ducks a 4-3 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Monday.

As a Pittsburgh two-man advantage ended, McTavish exited the penalty box, got a breakaway and beat goaltender Tristan Jarry glove side.

Jakob Silfverberg and Frank Vatrano also scored and Pavel Mintyukov had two assists for the Ducks, who have won four straight. They played the third without coach Greg Cronin, who received a game misconduct penalty.

Anaheim goaltender John Gibson stopped six of seven shots in the first period before leaving because of an upper-body injury. Lukas Dostal made 33 saves in relief.

Erik Karlsson and Evgeni Malkin each had a goal and an assist while Radim Zohorna also scored for the Penguins, who have lost five of their past six games.

Jarry made 23 saves.

Karlsson made it 1-0 at 2:55 of the first period. With Jake Guentzel screening Gibson, Karlsson blasted a one-timer from the top of the slot, set up by Malkin. That broke an 0-for-16 power-play skid for the Penguins.

At 8:28 of the first, Silfverberg tied it. Jarry lunged to his right after a frenetic scramble. Silfverberg backhanded the puck past the goalie.

Vatrano made it nine goals in nine games when he gave Anaheim a 2-1 lead at 11:51 of the second. On a power play, he roofed a shot short side from the left dot.

Ross Johnston beat Jarry with 1:40 left in the second, but it was waved off because of goaltender interference. Anaheim unsuccessfully challenged the call, giving the Penguins a power play. The Ducks protested and received an unsportsmanlike conduct bench penalty, giving the Penguins a five-on-three.

On that two-man advantage, Malkin tied it at 19:25. Taking a feed from Karlsson, he scored on a one-timer from the top of the right circle. A visibly upset Cronin then received a game misconduct.

Zohorna gave Pittsburgh a 3-2 lead at 1:25 of the third when he got a rebound and scored on a backhander.

Anaheim tied it again 1:36 later. McTavish slid the puck between Jarry's pads.
