Washington's defense has no answer for Rutgers' between-the-tackles rushing attack.
That is not a sentence I thought I would write, until Scals write up

Rutgers was the single ugliest campus I ever visited, and for that reason I will always have great affection for it... can't get anymore New Jersey than a hot tub in the end zone.

Washington can't get into a rhythm. Play calling is a little off///conservative I expected them to come out & just air it out a little.
Pettis had that one great catch ( but they couldn't convert in the red zone)
- Rutgers on the other hand is killing the clock & running the ball. They tried to go uptempo at the end of the half & they looked out of their element.
I think Washington will adjust and come out a little more aggressive in the 2nd half

Folks, this is a GARGANTUAN number. And it carries with it special weight.
Rutgers did EVERYTHING wrong to open the season last year in Chris Ash's debut game.
That line was +26 @ Washington (a brutal venue to play in).
Now what have the books done? They've basically taken the same line and just switched for home to road. The usual line is Rutgers losing 6 points when playing at Rutgers.
But wait. They books did the REVERSE. They didn't take AWAY six points going to RU, they ADDED it (5.5 actually).
31.5 big ones. AT HOME.
I am telling you right now, Ash won't win the game, but he won't get bludgeoned like he did last year in front of all these alumni, who are looking for him to prove himself.
His recruiting?
This is the highest rated recruiting class in 5 years.
He added EIGHT transfers from Power 5 schools, all 3 and 4 star players out of high school.
The team has a QB now too: Kyle Bolin a transfer from Louisville and Damon Mitchell transfer from Arkansas at WR.
There is enough here, especially on D which Ash stresses (although none of it showed last year), to get within 4 TD's and a FG.
Rutgers will bleed the clock and try to lose respectably and Ash will have some tricks up his sleeve.
Can't ask for more than 31.5 points at home to get within a number.
I'll take the points. The game is on Friday 9/1, likely in Prime Time on ESPN which makes the bet even more advantageous (as the public loves to view their square action plays).
Chirp all you want about how great the Huskies are. They'll put points on the board. But they'll need to put a hell of a lot and keep RU basically scoreless at this number. Not gonna happen.
Already conceding; Nice calls on both of these games, SCAL. Nice work, congrats.

You also failed to mention "he's a snot nose, sniffling hypocrite, of demeaning nature, sporting the mind of a boy, with asinine commentary in a mans forum (where he clearly does not belong) hey, to each his own...
have a good one Hawk, and a prosperous Saturday....

Also, didn't realize Suuma went tout, he said he was just leaving due to trolls. He didn't do well last year so it's odd timing to go and start charging people. But then again that's why touts exist - they know it's easier to prey on gamblers tendencies to believe outrageous '100% lock' claims than make money picking winners. If they could really pick winners they wouldn't bother setting up a tour and marketing it, etc.

Thanks to the above.
All well said.
It's the stock broker conundrum.
I'm paying you for stock tips, but if you had good stock tips you'd make far more money buying and selling those stocks than telling me the tip (and ultimately letting the cat out of the bag on the stock itself which kills the secret).
Again, if Suuma needs the money, he's an excellent capper, and I wouldn't tel him how to make it. That's a talent he has and he's getting paid for it by willing buyers.
But I can't see how you couldn't make such money WITHOUT BETTING THE GAMES YOURSELF!
What touts say indirectly is:
"I love this pick, when YOUR MONEY is on it!"
Cappers here say:
"I love this pick when MY MONEY is on it!"
The first charges for the pick. The second shares it.
Simply put, remember that when you bet a pick and lose. I'm ONLY SHARING what I am betting myself.
I want YOU ALL TO WIN!
Why? I love burning the books. Absolutely love it. Gives me great joy to see them get burned when they have burned so many for so long.
Sports, you went to the game? Good job! Encouraging start to the season for RU.
