Thanks for all the insight bridge…let’s have a fun year

HOUSTON / UTSA UNDER 61.5
Think the first thought is woah these guys are gunna pile on the points but both teams really good getting sacks and stoppin drives .. Houston actually gave up quite a few sacks and besides that really much more of a driving offense that could burn a bit of clock getting down the field .. UTSA same thing they can score quick vs W.KY but vs this D I think its back to the well with a really good run game and right into the teeth of Houston's very tough run D .. also in the totally insane RR dome and I wouldn't expect Houston to just be bombin it all over the field w no problems .. just seems like much more of a slug fest than expected, def one of the most fun looking matchups of the week ..
A few tidbits that support the play .. Houston lost their super star RB before fall camp started OFY and its noticeable when they couldn't run the ball things got much more iffy on offense so we'll see maybe not a big impact but guy was really good .. UTSA did lose their Sack master Hicks to the NFL but have the #1 JC LB coming in at that same position, think its likely they have an ample pressure replacement .. both squads sportin alot of ret production .. seems both are breaking in new kickers and both bringing back outstanding punters .. don't have to hold our breath every time Houston returns the ball w return ACE Marcus Jones off to the NFL too ..
Total is up a couple points from 59 and don't really see why other than expectations carrying over from what we saw either team do at times last year esp UTSA in that conf champ game .. woah nellie .. anyway seems more like average scoring I think RR's maybe get 24 here and doubt Houston covers the difference getting 38+ .. betting now because seems like it might cut back before kickoff .. kinda like the way App St / UNC did think that's down 3 points now .. woop!

Not one for monster chalk week 1 games and obvi MD has had many problems over the years, clearly a coaching problem w Mike Locksley's boys they've def not been a lock ever and for the fairly high level talent they've struggled in every way to perform in the B10, esp vs any kinda decent B10 defense... But handling an overmatched team in these early weeks is not one of their problems .. This is the usual spot where Terps land a big strike and get some gamblers blood pumpin before crashing big into the ATS and SU Abyss with money just burning everywhere on the way down.. we caught them in that spot last year vs Iowa.. think alot of folks out there are still trying to forget that one lol .. not us!!!
I'm actually semi-warm on MD this year to turn their situation around in some decent way .. The main reason is the same reason anyone would expect them to, Tua Jr is pretty good and now has a real legit group of WR's that is more than enough to overwhelm any MAC team and maybe even make some hay in conference .. Demus is the real deal and his injury is healed up going full contact scrimmaging .. Teshun Jones was solid for half a season before his injury .. Rakim Jarrett ended up being a great #2 LY but he might be #3 or #4 this year after MD bringing in Gator Favorite Jacob Copeland .. some serious bogies in the air this year .. Phil's #2 in the B10 obviously OSU is #1 by far .. but puttin em #8 nationally ahead of Bama means he's trying to tell us something .. MD got throttled during covid w kids xferring and opting out esp OL but 5 ret starters back this year and while lose Fleet-Davis at RB they got McDonald had a similar 5.5+ yds / carry, #3 rusher back too and brining in a star FR RB Ramon Brown and Tua is more than capable of extending drives w his legs.. he's not a super scrambler but pretty low sack rate and for sure if Buff lets him he'll take off on em so its just another good weapon UB is gunna have to tend to ..
Already put a real small amount on the Under 64.5 and reason being that Buff lost Van-T and now we see him very capably lighting it up in GA-So's new look offense at least in the spring game and fall camp .. Think we can deduce that not only is there a likely lack of talent at QB but whoever Buff's QB is Matt Meyers or Cole Snyder, the Rutgers' backup that couldn't play there and xferred in, neither have the coaching or system or the WR tools to keep up in this one .. also lost a real awesome RB in Dylan McDuffie was real high on PFF's elusive stat meter and obvi felt like it was time to leave .. lotta new OL's and WR's too .. they do bring in a butt load of P5 portalers but most on D and esp in the secondary, hence the reason for my under play .. but thinking about it more yeah MD just too much guys and Buff O can't keep up feels right .. 64.5 I suppose is still possible if MD stays on the gas .. Buffs run D was awful last year too, 200+ in 8 games and many high 200's .. that's not even MD's specialty .. idk .. TERPS BIG HERE..
Seeing the number toggle from 20.5 to 21.5 so grabbing now I could see folks come to their senses when Buff announces their QB and maybe line goes over the 21 spot more permanently.. for all the stomp em out talk its still big chalk on week 1 get the risk down where possible .. I really doubt it drops to the SP+ line which is maybe 17 the model obvi not seeing the massive jump in quality of WR's, Bill C has MD's final O number as stagnant from end of LY .. highly doubt thats the case ..

W.KENTUCKY CUSA CHAMPS 5-1 (MGM)
My dude AR-16 walked into camp and straight up took the job away from Doege Coin, sent him packing before the QB comp was done .. I've written enough on WKY and not much new to say now but stayed off the conf champ tickets because the odds were just too stinkin low, seeing stuff in the 3's and not even really much 4-1 action .. low and behold MGM drops a 5-spot on us and I think its worth a shot, this QB is gunna be a killer and the defense while they lose the killer pass rusher and benie is likely to be better this year in my estimation .. CUSA is not doing conferences for the champ game so best records get in. Critical spots @UTSA and UAB at home and think a great shot to bag one of them UTSA shouldn't be BETTER than LY and WKY might really still stay on their game and be a really tough out .. rest of the schedule looks pretty easy there's a road sammich game between the RR's and UAB, UNT after UAB is maybe a tough spot and close the year @FAU who could be good but man N'kosi is clearly just not a high performer .. UAB losing the coach and who knows what else, they do look tough, maybe just lack firepower and we'll see .. think pretty good odds they at least end up in the big game and could possibly have both ends covered w UTEP on the other side .. that would be a fun date...

No way in heck WKU wins conference USA… I think you underestimate the impact of that OC leaving to Texas Tech along with that group of transfers from that championship Houston Baptist team… Zapp…Tinsley.. ect…
WKU should have beaten UTSA at the end of last year but Traylor put on a ball control masterpiece to beat them… I just think you burned money up on that one…but you never know… injuries can always change a season… it’s either UAB or UTSA… I was thinking Marshall could have been a sneaky play but I think there was recently some news about the main back Ali being out for awhile so that will put a dent in Marshall..

Very possible they don't work out this year for the obvious reasons .. huge regressions, much worse net sack rate, no run game improvement, worse play calling, lack of depth at some spots... lotta ways they can turn into underperformers for sure .. I won't lose the bet from lack of understanding whats going on w the team .. I understood the impacts of Kitley and the Hou Bap boys very well the moment they all xferred to WKY, if you read my pre-ssn thread LY you'd have known they were a gem and taken the RSW over 5 and hedged out your 16-1 conference bet for a couple of huge paydays .. You'd also have been all over UTSA from week 1 too .. first bet of the year in my thread: RR's +7.5 @ Illinois.. cash boom .. think I popped em ever week of their early ATS run and took them in the champ game when everyone had finally started piling on the WKY train .. I didn't take the RR's on the conference futures LY because the odds were too low like 3-1 and WKY this year was too low until I got the 5-1 .. All my CUSA cash money giveaways LY fell on deaf ears too, UTSA was still just a scrappy upstart WKY was possibly the worst team in FBS in '20, made sense to ignore at the time .. I'll go ahead and trust my gut this year with CUSA futures bud..... I will give you one lock of the century .. Marshall will not win CUSA this year ..

G-STATE SUN CHAMPS 14-1 (BM)
Really wanted to find a way to play these guys this year but off the bat the odds weren't deep in the 20's like on the shot I took LY .. Big picture LY this team was pretty good but started w the wrong QB really stinkin vs Army and took time for the changes to impact .. this was easily one of the best 'down the stretch' teams in CFB and our senses were spot on last pre-ssn, QB questions were an issue but they had the guys to contend .. early shellacking by App State but late ssn was a team that could nearly topple ULL .. Phil has a wide range on them anything from 5-7 to 12-0 in his PR's ... computer found an undefeated ssn with @S.Car, UNC, @Army and a really treacherous conf lineup Coastal @App @Marsh .. we're banking on improvements that keep piling onto last years' and we end up hitting Phil's money ball PR projection or something close .. The key is the run game which was really strong LY and improvement at QB w another low INT rate .. concern is the quality of WR targets and brining up the completion rate .. D brings back almost all of their best stuff .. team is nearly 80% ret pro and thats with a partial year QB moving on .. this is Shawn Elliot's best team in terms of pre-ssn outlook and giving them a break on covid year he got them wayyy outperforming in '19 and LY too if we discount the early stretch before changing QB's..
The real question is how they gunna win against this murderers' row in da East .. I think with Rasheen Ali taking "time off" and maybe not being around this year is helpful but Marsh after turnover in the coaching ranks and quite a few players have a pretty low Ret Prod this year .. a RB on a sure fire pro track needing time off may be indicative of other probs in the program .. Coastal has one of the lowest ret pros in CFB and really floated by the strength of Grayson "The Great" McCall . but losing Highligh and Isaiah Likely now an NFL rookie standout and the Rb's and OL and key parts of a D starts to add up .. they were already declining from the '20 version and very possible the The Great can't help them escape from a further slide .. App is App .. Gotta beat App .. pundits are pretty much lady ga-ga over them but I have no faith in Brice to lead a champ run .. LY they had 4 really strong WR's and that whole corp is gone .. he struggled alot in '20 w few WR's and at Duke w few throwing tons of picks really big downside .. GA-State slowed down alot of good run games LY and vs App they need to do that and put the game on Brice's shoulders ... GA-State made their bones being competitive vs the best teams, beat Tenn in that opener, shoulda beat Aub LY aghh unreal ending .. besides app they've toppled or nearly toppled every tough team in the conf .. fingers xx'd they bring it all together this year ..
14-1 at Bookmaker were the best odds I saw .. mostly 10's or worse out there which were not quite sweet enough to take a shot at in my view since we do need a few things to go our way for this to work .. good luck! GO PANTHERS!!!

Watched highlights of Michigan at Maryland last year. Terps looked like Nebraska, shooting themselves. Tualia missed wide open receivers, wolv's blocked a punt, ran a kickoff back for td with a little trickery, pick 6, etc. Terps outrushed Mich.
They seem close to getting it all together. Barring injuries and some qb consistency they could pull an upset or two.

Lol Ok BUD … just telling you … why play something if they have no chance…and I don’t need to go back and read anything… I’m well aware of your plays… I think you need to go back and look at some of mine…you are the type of dude that makes 1000 plays… I make only a couple big plays a week and 5-10 big futures… and PS… (just my opinion again) although info is king and appreciated… only a couple heavy factors influence each game… all I needed to know on WKUs situation was the loss of coaches and keys players… as for Marshall.. you twisted my words … you’ve been snooty for awhile on here kimosabe…. You are just a regular bettor like everyone else on here… you post all these plays and 90 percent don’t hit… I get you are the information man.. but you also waste a lot of money… and don’t call me out that you have predicted this and that…
Ill give you all my division winners right now… take a snapshot and compare them to yours… but wait… you bet on everyone… smh…

Anyone should feel free to post anything anytime on their own thoughts and opinions… you and a couple other people on here have had this same snooty ownership type mindset on here because you have some knowledge that you are the end-all be-alls on here… I’ll say that you do know your football.. but chill with the superior attitude on here… you and 2-3 other people are guilty of this… the thing is… I don’t give a crap about forums..but I have a feeling you live for this.. this is your life… I will go on betting without it.. I don’t need it at all… you are insecure so you need this as fuel.. but you won’t do it at my expense and I’ll call out anyone attacking me .. just post your info.. tail or fade… say GL and that’s it..

All I said was your Juicy Predictions we’re Square Mr Senstive. Learn to accept a little criticism.
Stand down, smoke a bowl, have a drink, fresh air or something… anything, to get away from the keyboard for a bit. You seem especially disgruntled. No need to reply, I won’t be back to this thread. GL with Bama, Ohio St, Bills etc

Bridge any opinion on Cuse defense this season? I grabbed their rsw on a number I felt like I had to take and I’m thinking if anything sinks me it’s that D playing above expectation. Read your thoughts on that W1 under and get what you mean with each team burning up clock but gonna be interested to see if that dline has any contain on Malik, if they look bad early could be tough things to come in their 50/50 games all having solid QB play think they’re more than capable of getting one of UVA/Purdue but if the pass rush isn’t there both would be a long shot

We talked Cuse in this thread waaay back in May or so. I grabbed over 4 -110, but have some regrets as more reporting comes in. Bridge suggested waiting for a 3.5 so I can tell you he's not high on them. My take is the offense will be better, Tucker is a stud, and the defense could be ok. The main weakness of the Orange will be the D Line. It's inexperienced and very undersized. They have good backers actually but it might not matter and they could get steamrolled in the wrong matchups

@Gladio
I was thinking over on the RSW if anything .. tried to find 4 w decent odds but by the time I warmed up to the idea think it was 4.5's mostly .. The D could be fine but yeah front line is a concern .. the DC is a long term rocky long disciple so will have a tricky pass D and his 3rd year now things looking much improved since covid year install disaster year .. I have no idea if they can scheme around the small size or if that's some kinda real season long thorn for them .. but they weren't bad vs the rush LY, FSU, VT and Ville only ones to really do much, lotta others struggled under 4/carry a game and quite a few opponents w questionable run games on the schedule .. Purdue and UVA might be near bottom again, pass games pretty strong but at least won't give up 200 yds rushing in those .. shouldnt .. NC St beat em up last year but their run game wasn't particularly good and it didn't do much vs Cuse LY either even though they passed all over them .. they took Wake to OT by holding em under 3/carry .. held BC under 2/carry think that was w out Jerko but beat them big .. Every team obvi sees there's a light front there and gunna test it out, maybe the move is just see if they can handle themselves week 1, if so maybe line up a shot vs one of the others .. not vs FSU, Pitt or Clem lol ..

@JozKnows
Kinda warmed up to them a little, my bad if I scared you off it .. I think at the time the RSW's were just droppin and thought maybe we'd see a 3.5 show up at one of the shops .. They have 2 pretty sure thing wins on the schedule so its like yeah just grab it no matter what at that number, pretty tough to lose w such a strong run game .. but also really like the Atlantic division and Cuse seems to have 5 games on the schedule they mighta just been dead on arrival .. basically figured they gotta win 3 outta Ville, Purdue, UVA, @Wake @BC to hit 5 wins and still think Ville might be way too much for them .. idk back in May seemed like 4 for the win was a whole lot better than 5 .. still does lol
