My decision is in I am going Washington Huskies over Wisconsin I am going Bama over LSU. Bama playing for a playoff spot Nussmeier has a short leash and then they are going to bring in a more of a run style QB Van Buren. LSU Left Tackle out. I think that if Bama puts 7 in the box they get to the QB before the QB can get rid of the ball. The run game will win this game. I just don't see LSU successful in 3rd and greater than 5 yards. Again all I need is a win. I think Iowa could upset Oregon, Auburn could upset Vandy, I think A&M will be in a battle missing their leading rusher, BOL Everyone. |

That is smart money right there. Taking the dogs in the big games. I agree with the Auburn and Iowa plays as well other picks look good too. I think bama takes care of LSU for several reasons. |

I am taking Oregon and I am laying the points here. Oregon Run vs Iowa Run defense is the key match up. I think that Lanning creates enough off tackle and edge plays that he necessarily doesn't have to run straight at the teeth of the defense. Iowa only giving up one run play of 20 yards or greater is impressive, however records were made to be broke! Iowa Offensive line will run the ball and this will be a grind and pound. If that is the case Oregon defense could stuff 7 in the box and say try and beat with the pass! I don't think Iowa has many passing plays over 20yards for the year. If Oregon comes out balls to the wall and no huddle fast tempo and goes 3-0 this will play favor to Iowa. Dan Lanning has made the comment how he wants to start better and faster. I see Dan Lanning pulling out all the stops and trying like hell to put 45 pts on the board for Playoff points. But then again, if you look at their offense out put vs similar talented teams it really isn't that staggering.. 21 pts. vs Wisconsin 20 vs indiana 30 vs penn state Something tells me with a week off that Lanning knows its not just this game, its remainder of the schedule and he needs to win out! a two loss Oregon behind Indiana and Ohio State might be a tough sell for the CFP. Anyone else playing this game. It's ok to be on Iowa just love the discussion... any key injuries. |

I survived.... If I can get past this week I think I can make it all the way. I would appreciate feedback and help. I just need two to WIN OUT RIGHT my choices are. UCF over Houston..... Not touching this one. Northwestern over USC.... Not touching this one. Penn State over Indiana.... Not happening Colorado vs. West Virginia.... I can pick either team here. Not excited about either team. If I had to pick it would be West Virginia. Purdue over Ohio State. Not happening Maryland vs. Rutgers. Not excited about this one... if Maryland did fire their coach I would consider Rutgers at home Oregon vs. Iowa..... I can pick either team here. Both teams coming off of the bye week. Iowa has the number 6 defense in the country. Rain in the forecast for Iowa. Iowa not much of a passing threat here. I may Pick Oregon and pray. Arizona over Kansas. I could see myself picking Arizona here. Just because Arizona has the #15 defense #6 in the passing and Kansas ranks 110 in 3rd down conversions. 2:30 kick. A&M Over Missouri really don't want to Pick A&M here as I would like to save them Vandy over Auburn.... With Hugh Freeze being fired will Auburn players get up and fight or does Vandy continue their great season.... Would consider Vandy here but Huge let down game after the TExas loss. Thoughts. Washington over Wisconsin. Definitely picking Washington here. Florida or Kentucky... Could pick either. LSU or Bama... Such a big rivalry game. Bama run game is inconsistent. Both coming off of bye weeks. Nebraska or UCLA. Raiola is out!!!! Their back up QB situation is dismal at best. Would consider UCLA.
Any thoughts and help would be greatly appreciated...

Also love LSU going and will be laying it all out. Alabama has struggled to run the ball consistently and one of LSU Strengths is the DLine! 11 pts is a lot in this series. Everyone will be playing their buts off for interim Head Coach Frank Wilson. |

Raiola for Nebraska, Saw where he has a broken fibula! Can anyone confirm. If so that means Nebraska going to UCLA with a back up could be very very interesting. May be some value on a UCLA Money line.

Tulane vs. UTSA Going with the OVER 54.5 Miami vs SMU. Going with the Canes -11.5 The hottest defense around and the SMU Coach admitted that Jennings the QB for SMU has been playing hurt. However, the only worry is SMU averages @ 31 points a game. I think the canes in their first road trip outside the state of FL go on and FLEX. I'm going under 62.5 in the Rutgers Illinois game. Even if Rutgers were to put up 21 points (the most they have scored all year is 28 pts, 3 different times) Illinois would have to up 42! Illinois scored 43 against Purdue. 62.5 is a lot of points that I don't think either team can do. Also this high number suggests a shoot out so at Illinois -12.5 there maybe some value there but I am on the under. I haven't done a teaser in years and my nephews have talked me into it. so I have Houston -7.5 and Indiana -16.5 Survivor pool I have Georgia to Win and Kansas to win. Good Luck everyone |

@LonghornHoosier great analogy! Great write up. very very close game. I think Sark is frustrated with Mannings performance. I am not playing it. If I did I would take the points,,, but like you said... the Texas defense will keep them around and relevant deep into the game. The under may be a play here. But very close game. |

It is an upgrade based on FL Past. However, as mentioned above expectations are out of control. If Kiffin beats OU this weekend, which could happen Ole Miss will probably move Kiffin to 11 million a year. That is very leisure life in Oxford at 11 million a year... compared to the stress of a Gainesville pressure cooker! He ain't going to UF
I see the Vandy coach going to UF! |

I Survived AGAIN! I was on my knees praying with Texas over Kentucky. Jesus is Manning Awful! He's horrible. If you took his name off the back of his jersey that's a 3 star recruit. I burned Ohio State but that is fine I still have some Hammers left to use down the stretch. Thanks for the prayers! We started with 1601 and down to 306 |

Texas A&M -2.5 vs LSU... LSU is horrible right now I live in Baton Rouge and know this team frontward and backward. Will give you more of a write up but POUND This! I really thought it was going to open up at -7.5.
Take Texas A&M and LAY THE POINTS! This will be my bet of the year! |

OMG! League is $100.00 buy in. Grand Prize $150,000. League started with 1,601 teams.! 806 people got wacked this weekend with Penn State going down! 311 of us survived! My picks the rest of the way are like picking out of a garbage can. Thoughts on the following: All I need are 2 winners straight up! Nebraska or Minnesota? Washington over Michigan (Already picked Michigan so it would have to be Washington)? Arizona over Houston (Already picked Houston so it would have to be Arizona)? TCU over Baylor (Already picked Baylor so it would have to be TCU) LSU or Vandy? Oklahoma or South Carolina West Virginia or UCF Purdue or Northwestern Michigan St. over Indiana (Already picked Indiana so would have to be Mich State) Ohio State over Wisconsin (already picked Wisconsin so would have to be Ohio State) Ole Miss or Georgia Texas A&M or Arkansas Arizona State over Texas Tech (would have to be Arizona State as I have already picked Texas Tech) Florida over Mississippi State. (Would have to be FL because I already picked Miss State) Oregon or Rutgers Penn State or Iowa Maryland or UCLA Texas or Kentucky Tennessee or Alabama Utah over BYU ( Have already burned BYU) Oklahoma St. over Cincinatti (Already burned Cincinatti) ALL I NEED ARE 2 WINNERS STRAIGHT UP! Do I go with Ohio State and Texas A&M?

Bama,,,, YUGE Trap game. Also 11:00am makes it tough. However, Bama is going to play all remaining games like they are playoff games and I really like the fact that this QB for Bama is the teams Identity. This QB keeps everything going. Bama 24 - 20! Taking Bama buying down to -2.5 Ohio State! Elite.... Ohio State is Elite! Enjoy the tailgate and all the hype because when that ball kicks off Ohio state going to lay the wood! Ohio State 35-14. Taking Ohio State -14.5 Oklahoma. Elite Defense! Probably a top 3 in the country. I watched FL get home on Manning just rushing 3 ALL DAY! Mateer out definitely hurts but OU defense and special teams will help keep the field flipped so you will have shorter drives and will lean on the run! OU 28-17. Taking OU -1.5 Rutgers... Long flight however they are coming off of a bye week so should be well rested. Could Washington be looking ahead to Michigan and not take them serious! I like Rutgers here! Rutgers +10.5
Tennessee. UT is just to much of an environment for Arkansas to handle with all they have going on with losing their head coach, and so on! UT by 35 points. UT -11.5 |
