You'll are thinking too logically. Raiders winning would make no sense. This is nfl remember, most of time it doesn't |

broncos win afc 49ers win nfc parlay 38- 1 49ers beat broncos in sb 65-1 Broncos will likely have number one seed and a relatively easy path to sb with mahomes and kc gone. Very very lucky team with a sb winning coach and a strong defense. 49ers win out and they will have homefield and the number 1 seed. have to beat colts in indy then bears at home sea at home. Sea will likely be the sunday night game. will be tough but 49ers experience will help them beat sea. Sb is also in their home stadium. 49ers will then blow out the broncos in the sb

yall sleeping on kc. Im old enough to remember when rivers and chargers were in the same spot ten years ago vs chiefs backups as ten point favs and lost. no pressure on chiefs. Chiefs backups are fresh and hungry. wentz is playing for a chance to start again, |

I believe they have only lost 2 times on the Super Bowl in the history of superbowls money wasn't lopsided in lv because 49ers fans at the game bet on them. the article said kc60- sf40 in lv everywhere else is was 75-25 or so, and all those books lost. If the game wasn't in lv, vegas would have lost just like all the other books nationwide. "shows you why books will never lose". books lost, read the article. It is not a vegas monoply anymore. |

@Digitalkarma I was shocked by your headline, then I read the article. "Beynon estimated sportsbooks nationwide suffered a 4 percent loss on all wagers, which was “not as bad as our worst-case scenario.” Still, based on his predicted total of $1.5 billion in bets placed on the game nationally, the loss translated into an estimated $64 million." 64 million loss nationwide - 6.8 milllion revenue in vegas equals a loss of 57.2 million nationwide. house lost. |

good post. mahomes gets all the credit for the win, but he was lousy up until that injury to greenlaw. Its very similiar to brady in how the other teams have miscues or injuries at key points that allow them to win. Chiefs got miami in 0 degrees, then bills had injuries to so many key defensive players, vs balty harbaugh decides to not run when that is his teams strength, then all the points you made just in the sb. Chiefs are champs but they aren't as good as past chiefs teams. much like some of the patriots teams that won. It seems like the universe or destiny rigs it for them, when they play good they win, when they don't the other team messes up worse and they still win. 49ers bad luck has been going on for awhile now I believe patrick willis suffered an injury during the nfc title game that helped 49ers lose to seattle like 10 years ago. |

I'm pretty sure there is a transparency law that force books to report betting splits. when the action is lopsided and books make no effort to even it out they generally win. books took a position on sf and lost on the biggest bet game. Considering the teasers its an epic loss for them. the only brightside for them is alot of new bettors won on kc and some will be hooked now. |

@KTriple Very interesting, thanks for posting it, I figured it had something to do with the theatre release. I just realized the raiders won sb 15 in jan of 1981 before raiders of lost ark came out, they also won sb 18 in 1984 before temple of doom came out. |
