Call it what you want to, I guess.  Fact remains a contract was signed, and LSU broke it (Along with Penn st, Florida, etc.) and now they have to pay.  So for some to say something as asinine as "until these universities quit with these monster buyouts, blah, blah blah," it would be worse.  The school could have to pay out the entirety of the contract that was signed.  So be thankful for the "buyout" clauses.

Guys, these payments aren’t “buyouts.” BK’s contract ran through 2031. LSU fired him, which means they broke their end of the deal. Because of that, they owe him a settlement. His payout is actually less than what they would’ve had to pay if he stayed for the full contract.

I don’t get how people keep mischaracterize these termination issues with all schools and coaches and calling them a “buyout.”  They are merely paying the contract that both parties agreed to (and in most cases far less than what the actual contract was worth).  

not anymore.  he closed up shop before the start of last season saying he was going to take a break and come back this year.  He hasn’t come back and his website is gone.  No trace of him for a year or so.

Can you list all of your official plays in one post?  I am confused as to whether some are plays or if you are merely suggesting for other reasons. It gets confusing with the long threads. Thanks!
