Many know Joe Biden as the 46th President of the United States of America, but how much do you know about the man himself? Do you know his IQ, net worth, or even where he went to college? We have you covered with answers to 10 of the Internet’s most frequently asked questions about Diamond Joe.

How old is Joe Biden?

Joe Biden was born on November 20, 1942 and is presently 81 years old. There is no official age limit to be president, so if Biden wins again, he will be 85 when his second term ends. By comparison, Ronald Reagan was 77 years old at the completion of his second term in January 1989.

What is Joe Biden’s height?

Joe Biden is six feet tall. However, like most octogenarians, he’s likely to lose an inch or two as he continues his career. I guess you could call that political gravity.

Is Joe Biden running for president again?

Yes, Biden announced his bid for reelection on April 25, 2023 in a brief video celebrating freedom and denouncing the threat of Republican extremism. "The question we are facing is whether in the years ahead we have more freedom or less freedom. More rights or fewer," he said in the evocative spot. "I know what I want the answer to be and I think you do too. This is not a time to be complacent. That’s why I’m running for reelection."

What are Joe Biden’s 2024 presidential odds?

Joe Biden is presently tied with Donald Trump on the US election odds board at +110. That means he has a 47.6% implied probability rate of winning, putting him considerably behind presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump. Biden won the highly contested 2020 US Presidential Election with 306 electoral votes compared to Trump’s 232, but will history repeat itself for Uncle Joe again? Only time will tell.

What is Joe Biden’s presidential platform?

Biden has been focused on women’s rights, the economy, climate change, health care, and education.

One of the largest divides between Trump and Biden is on the topic of reproductive rights. Biden has prioritized legal and safe access to abortions and contraceptives that backs the rights provided by Roe v. Wade, which was overturned in 2022.

Many Republicans blame Biden for the inflation happening in the US, but the United States is not the only region suffering from increased prices. So, what exactly does Biden have in mind for the economy? His economic plan, or his "Bidenomics" as he calls it, is to quickly recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, invest in America by creating jobs, and fund major infrastructure projects and climate change initiatives.

Health care has always been a challenge in the US, and Biden labels it a "right, not a privilege." He is on a mission to make healthcare affordable for everyone, which means lowering prescription drugs, reducing insulin prices for people who suffer from diabetes, and making health care more accessible for seniors.

Biden also wants to help students with loan debt and has strongly advocated for canceling debt for millions.

Where did Joe Biden go to college?

Biden graduated from the University of Delaware with an undergraduate degree in political science and history in 1965. He then attended Syracuse University College of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1968. Curiously, Biden is the first US president in more than four decades without an Ivy League degree and just the seventh president to attend a state university.

What is Joe Biden’s net worth?

Biden’s net worth is estimated to be $10 million, mostly from real estate – because who needs a business when you can have two homes in Delaware? His two estates, which are located in Rehoboth Beach and Wilmington, make up approximately two-thirds of his personal fortune.

What is Joe Biden’s IQ?

Biden has an IQ of 115, which is higher than the majority of the American public, but well beneath the test's "Superior" and "Gifted" classifications. It's worth noting that the IQ test is based on cognitive abilities such as mathematics and reading skills. Biden is considered by many of his supporters to be more of a people person, and his real genius lies in his affability and ability to connect with others.

What is Joe Biden’s approval rating?

Biden has an approval rating of 41%, tying him with Ronald Reagan for the second lowest approval rating of all presidents of the past 70 years. A CBS poll found that 55% of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents believe Biden should run again and 45% say he should consider giving that title to someone else. But why? The majority of the opposed say it is not because of his political standpoint, but his age.

What did Joe Biden do prior to becoming president?

Biden wasn’t always known as Sleepy Joe. Before being elected as president, he was a public defender. He got introduced into politics and won the New Castle County Council election. Sadly, his family was involved in a tragic car accident where he lost his wife and 13-month-old daughter, almost leading Biden to give up his Senate seat. However, both Democratic and Republican colleagues persuaded him to take the job.

Biden served in the Senate for 36 years, spending time on the Judiciary Committee and the Foreign Relations Committee. During his time there, Biden wrote the Senate a version of a bill that stiffened sentences and added police offers to the streets since crime had tripped between 1960 and 1990. It was called the Biden Crime Bill. At the time, there were no controversies surrounding this bill, but it has been criticized lately for creating mass incarceration.

Biden later created the Violence Against Women Act that ensured federal penalties for crimes committed against women. It was passed in 1994.

In 2008, Biden was chosen as Barack Obama’s running mate after two failed presidential runs of his own. The two were so close and worked so well together, that people called it a "bromance." Biden served two terms as VP, during which time he was a key advisor on a number of critical international issues including the war in Iraq. He also made significant contributions to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and worked hard to improve college affordability for the nation's youth.
