It’s a busy Saturday in the MLB with 15 games on the schedule, meaning there are plenty of juicy player props to take advantage of.
For today’s MLB prop picks, I’ll be honing in on a Minnesota Twins batter who just can’t stop piling up the hits, a New York Yankees slugger who’s taking over the home run race, and a Chicago Cubs pitcher who’s been dishing out plenty of K’s.
Here are my favorite MLB picks for Saturday, June 15.
MLB props for June 15
- Correa 2+ hits (+215 at DraftKings)
- Judge Over 0.5 home runs (+205 at DraftKings)
- Imanaga Over 6.5 strikeouts (+130 at DraftKings)
Picks made on 6-15 at 10:15 a.m. ET.
Best MLB bets today
Prop bet #1: Correa 2+ hits
Carlos Correa has bounced back nicely in his third year with the Minnesota Twins, boasting a .298 batting average — his best mark since 2017. The shortstop has been especially hot in June, batting .417 with an MLB-leading 20 hits so far.
Correa carries a six-game hit streak into the weekend and has notched multiple knocks in four of those contests. Going back to June 6, he’s recorded multiple hits in six of his last nine outings and has gone 0-for just once over that span.
The Oakland Athletics are sending inexperienced starter Joey Estes to the mound, who’s making just his ninth career start in the majors. The right hander is coming off a rocky outing on June 10 where he allowed eight hits, two homers and three runs over just five innings, so it could be Correa’s chance for another big day at the plate.
Carlos Correa prop: 2+ hits (+215 at DraftKings)
Prop bet #2: Judge Over 0.5 home runs
Aaron Judge had a slow start to his campaign on the home run front with just six dingers going into May, but the New York Yankees slugger has had the most dramatic turnaround, belting 14 homers last month and another five so far in June to take the MLB lead with 25.
His 14 dingers over the past 30 days top the majors, and it's four more than Nolan Gorman. The 6-foot-7 outfielder was massive last week — literally and figuratively — as he smashed four HR in three games, and he'll look to keep rolling against Boston Red Sox starter Cooper Criswell
Judge has hit 20 of his 25 homers against right-handed pitching this season while batting .311 compared to just .260 vs lefties. Good luck, Criswell, you're going to need it.
Aaron Judge prop: Over 0.5 home runs (+205 at DraftKings)
Prop bet #3: Imanaga Over 6.5 strikeouts
Shota Imanaga has been a revelation for the Chicago Cubs in his first MLB season, posting a team-best 1.92 ERA through 12 starts — a number that would rank third in the majors among all starters if he reached the innings threshold.
While his fastball averages just under 92 mph, the Japanese southpaw has befuddled batters with his splitter and sweeper. Imanaga owns a 30% whiff rate, which ranks in the 83rd percentile while making batters chase more than 35% of his pitches outside the strike zone (95th percentile).
The Cubs starter is coming off a strong showing against the Reds where he strung up seven batters in 6 2/3 innings, and he’s recorded at least seven Ks in six of his last eight appearances.
Shota Imanaga prop: Over 6.5 strikeouts (+130 at DraftKings)
