Circa Sports officially launched its online sportsbook in Kentucky on Monday. Those sports betting in Kentucky can now sign up and wager on the latest mobile sports betting app to get licensed for operation in the Bluegrass State. Circa Sports’ online sportsbook is now live in five states following its arrival in Kentucky.

Circa Sports origin

Circa Sports is located in Las Vegas and opened its first retail sportsbook back in 2019. Kentucky is Circa’s fifth state of operation, with Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, and Nevada comprising the other four states where Circa Sports is currently available to wager online.

“What we do differently than others is provide value to the wagering consumer. We don’t limit customers. We run our own model,” Derek Stevens, owner of Circa Sports, said back in October.

Circa focuses on providing value for sports bettors, including offering less vig, or juice, across all of their legal sports betting markets.

Circa Sports review

Circa Sports is available for Kentucky sports bettors to download as a mobile app on their iOS or Android mobile devices. While there are no welcome bonuses or live stream features available within the app, Circa Sports is an intuitively designed mobile sportsbook app with a user-friendly layout to quickly locate preferred sports betting markets.

Sports bettors in Kentucky are required to create a Play+ account for Circa Sports in order to perform deposit and withdrawal requests on the Circa Sports online sportsbook app. The processing time is quick, however, banking options are currently limited. Creating a Circa Sports Play+ account is free, and can be funded with debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, eCheck, and bank transfers.

Customer service is available via email at support@circasports.com with a response time of under 24 hours. No live chat option is available, but Circa’s presence on social media is an alternative contact method those in Kentucky can utilize.

Circa joins a sports betting market that currently includes bet365, BetMGM, Caesars, DraftKings, ESPN BET, Fanatics, and FanDuel. Legal online sports betting went live in the Bluegrass State in late September 2023 and took in $295 million in wagers in October, its first full month of operation.
