Yesterday was not a good day, but it wasn't as bad either. Another goal in the Roma or Everton matches and that would've netted me a positive day. Anyways..
I wish I could bet on City right now vs West Ham, but my book doesn't have the line.
Working on today's pics, but wanted to come in and voice my disappointment over not being able to bet on City.

This year I've decided to expand into second tier divisions for some of the leagues I usually play. I would thread carefully if following here as, honestly, this is quite new to me.
Since most of the European leagues finished this year, I started playing baseball out of boredom and somehow, I'm positive there by following a simple rule:
Play the value lines based on simple stats. No overthinking anything.. better pitcher, better home or away record, and a value ML equals an automatic play for me.
I'm not becoming a millionaire by this, but in 102 wagers placed (between single games & parlays) I'm up 7.56 units through last week. This approach reminds me of a line in that Mel Gibson movie, The Patriot: "Aim small, miss small."
I mentioned the baseball parallel since I'll be following a similar approach on the lower tier divisions until I learn enough from the teams there in order to properly cap games.

Ya, I saw that too after my write up. He had 10 goals for them as a sub last year which is pretty good and is off to a good start with Marseille this year. They're another French team to watch.
The Toulouse website said last week that Sanogo's chances of playing were next to none (quasi-nulle) but he's on the travelling roster so we'll see. He's one of those "got the talent but has struggled with health" guys. If he can play, Toulouse actually has some attacking options.
They also brought in the walking red card of French football Yannick Cahuzac who's got 15 in 295 games but who also is exactly the type of defensive midfielder you hate on the other team but love on your own team.

AS Monaco -1.5 -101 vs Toulouse: 3.04 / 3.00 Units
AS Monaco has lost a lot of key pieces in last year's championship squad, but I just can't underestimate the emotional factor for the players remaining in the principality. Today, they'll open up the season as champs with a big chip on their shoulders of being cast aside from day 1 since losing all the key players we've known are gone and now even more with Neymar's arrival to PSG.
Youri next to Fabinho is not a bad midfield and as long as Mbappe is there, he'll try to keep his pace to maybe showcase himself enough to convince one of the big boys to pony up the cash for his services.

You're probably right about Monaco just going with Toulouse D who had the 4th best in the league last year behind Paris, Monaco and Nice (tied with Marseille). May the best picker win (if I were a neutral party, I'd side with you lol)

Yeah, they had a tough D for sure.. Let's see what happens and at least one of the two will win! Let's hope it's as entertaining as this Berlin vs Kiel craziness! Lol

Can't say I did all that bad for my 1st time with 2nd tier leagues.. Lens really blew that game allowing 2 goals past the 87th minute, but it's alright, I'll be doing this again:
