Great player but he does not have “It”…..He has had some stacked ass teams in OKC.. Brooklyn.. Phoenix…needed Curry and GS to win titles…curry won 2 titles without KD. …. Great player with crazy talent he will fall in the lines with Barkley.. Malone.. Ewing… but will never or should be talked about in the all time great circles of Goat MJ.. LeBrick…Curry etc

One of the all-time gifted scorers. Can’t take that way from him. But as any player late in their career your production goes down. He had a better chance at winning a title in Brooklyn than he’ll ever have in Phoenix. But as you said he was fortunate to win 2 with golden state and you still have to put him up with the other all time greats. He’s already had a better career than barkley Malone and the all time greats that never won a ring. It’s sometimes hard to like Durant as a person but as a player and some to the accomplishments he’s had throughout his career puts him as one of the best to do it. First stretch 4/ forward at his height level to handle the ball like a guard and he opened the doors for big man to be able to dribble up the floor and pull on the perimeter.

The most unguardable offensive player of all-time, and the greatest mid-range scorer of all-time. But he will obviously never be in the GOAT conversation and will never win another title. And of course he should NEVER have left the Warriors

I was at the game in OKC when he fumbled the ball away twice with two chances to take the lead in the last minute. He didn’t even get a shot up either time. Then he went to GS the following season.
He will always be someone who needed someone else to win. Great player but doesn’t have the killer instinct aka Jordan, Kobe, etc.

He made a huge mistake by not staying in GS , he will be remembered as a Great player. Not bad but that GS team could have been compared to the greatest teams of all time , still can but what could have been “.
