I typically stick to MLB writeups, but feel strongly about this one.
Washington Reminds me of the great LSU team that featured Burrow, Chase, and Jefferson. They were an offense on another level and simply couldn't be stopped. Look at them now.
Washington actually boasts an even bigger issue for defenses because they have 3 NFL caliber receivers in Odunze, Polk, and McMillan. But more importantly, they have the best offensive line in the country. Most of these guys are future NFL'ers as well. They won the Joe Moore award, giving up 11 sacks all season. That is nuts! I believe Michigan sacked Milroe 5 times last week, which featured a beat up Alabama O line. Milroe never had a chance to get the ball downfield and they were still able to get the game to OT. That's not happening tonight. Penix will have time to find his weapons and that will be the difference in this game.
As others have mentioned, Deboer is a better coach than Harbaugh (who already has one foot out the door and his players know it). Not only is he a cheater, but Harbaugh is a known choker in the biggest moments. He lost his only Super Bowl appearance and has a 2-7 lifetime record in bowl games. Deboer has a lifetime record of 104-11 (he's only lost 11 games ever!) He is 25-2 since joining Washington. Under Deboer, Washington is 9-0 outright against ranked opponents and 6-2-1 ATS. Against top 10 teams, they are 4-0 outright and 3-0-1 ATS.
I've been hearing a lot about defense wins championships and typically I agree with that sentiment. However, not tonight. This Washington offense is too good and the O-line will be the difference. I understand Washington's defense is suspect. But, Michigan's offense is avg and Washington should be able to get a few more stops than Michigan.
If you're going to give me the better team with 5.5 points, I'm going to be all over it. I'm also on the ML at +188. I don't think it's going to be easy, but I'll take my chances with what I believe to be a big edge.

@Kaufee Thanks for sharing. Any leans on Totals O/U 56?
I lean over - but I'm not a totals guy, so take it with a grain of salt. I do think Washington gets close to 30. Can Michigan score 25+ is the question I'm unsure of.
