Well it's done this was on purpose imo...if they made the lines the way they thought the game would go, it would be too easy to predict. So they have to keep going back and forth. Either way they cannot break the universal law of patterns and law of averages. They claim that they make the lines according to "public perception" and in a way that is true. But then you have those headscratchers where it's NOT true.
