Make the field of play longer (and wider perhaps to keep it to “scale”). 100 yards relative to the modern day athlete and modern day game is the true issue. No different than a 94’ basketball court, change the dimensions so that it’s scaled to the modern athlete and modern game. It’s truly that simple. When making the field (or court) of play longer and wider, you could also tweak the hash marks, the number of yards required for a first down, 3 point line, free throw line, pitchers mound (60’ 6” is dated), base paths, etc etc etc. This is an issue in all sports but especially in football and basketball.
SCALE IT ALL! |

@RUM151 He did not erase his original post. His original post was posted at 9:50 a.m. just as it is written now. Although his corresponding write ups focused on a positive attribute of the teams he was playing against, his selections were clearly Troy +7.5 and Portland +7.5, and were posted at 9:50 am just as it’s currently written. I think he’s about to go 2-0 today and 8-1 over his last 9 selections. Not too shabby, wouldn’t you agree, Rum? AS |

@LB_Dirtbags Similar goal. I honestly see VG trading at 4-8x from here ($6.00) by 2027. Thank you for your contributions. AS |

@flutie Given the number of games tomorrow, I’m certain your program will have plenty of potential positive yielding results. We’ll see what tomorrow brings. BOL to you, Flutie. AS |

@flutie Nice hit with UMES. Looking forward to the analytical systems selection(s) tomorrow. Huge slate of games; the strongest selections should be very strong given the sample size tomorrow. Well done, Flutie. AS |

What exactly are you attempting to communicate here? |

Ok, going to try and clear this up as there seems to be some confusion in effectively communicating and understanding this profitable “play against” trend. We PLAY AGAINST any team in their next game if they kicked 5 FG’s in their previous game. IF THE PLAY AGAINST TEAM WON THE GAME THEY KICKED 5 FG’s, that team is 2-4 ATS in their next game. IF THE PLAY AGAINST TEAM LOST THE GAME THEY KICKED 5 FG’s, that team is 0-2 ATS in their next game. THIS WEEK (Sunday 12/14) we PLAY AGAINST DALLAS (PLAY ON MINNESOTA +6) as Dallas kicked 5 FG’s against the Lions on 12/4 and LOST the game. Hope this helps. AS |

@gcowboy Stockton might only need to be “average” for that team to win the Natty. He’s efficient and doesn’t turn the ball over. That just might be enough with the way UGA runs the ball and plays defense. |

@datboi86 I believe there are only 4 teams who can realistically win it all: OSU UGA ND Texas Tech Miami, Oregon, and Texas A&M have a long shot to win the National Championship. IU will not win the National Championship in my humble opinion. AS |

@datboi86 I believe IU will be the #1 seed and the Buckeyes will be the #2 seed, but I do not believe both will make it to the Championship and wouldn’t be surprised if either make it to the Championship game. Time will tell. |

@artstew Why would you even find the need to say something so obvious? Of course this pick might end his streak, but even without the streak, he was 16-8 ATS (66.67%), and now at 23-8 is 74.19%. This is solid selective capping at its finest. If you don’t have anything nice to say, artstew, then don’t say anything at all. Thank you for providing your selections, Duponts. It’s much appreciated. AS |
