You knew it was just a matter of time before these protesters/rioters pushed it too far......& any local official, whether a LEO or Mayor, that condoned their actions is responsible for this & any other future incidents. They think it's some kind of a game.

No idea where it was.  But I saw one where they had busted the guy's back window out and were banging on his truck trying to get him to stop.  Then there was a lady that was in front with her back to it pushing against the front of the truck.  I guess she thought she was going to keep him from leaving.

Then the crowd got mad when the dude eased into her and knocked her over and kept going.

You cannot block roads and bash folk's cars.  Then get surprised and upset when they get scared and run you over.

 So from your perspective the actions of ICE are completely fine and their abuses on the common citizen are A-OK but when a citizen reacts then all the political blame and partisan comments?

I do not condone violence but I am not surprised it happens and it is lucky it has not been worse and more frequent. This reaction is based on the way ICE has handled themselves and some citizens go too far in reaction to it.

Why not comment about the situation versus shading one part and condemning the other?

Trump…The woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self defense. Based on the attached clip, it is hard to believe he is alive, but is now recovering in the hospital.

The situation is being studied, in its entirety, but the reason these incidents are happening is because the Radical Left is threatening, assaulting, and targeting our Law Enforcement Officers and ICE Agents on a daily basis. They are just trying to do the job of MAKING AMERICA SAFE. We need to stand by and protect our Law Enforcement Officers from this Radical Left Movement of Violence and Hate!  Talk about propaganda!

Now I’m not smart enough to be President but what I see is the agent who shot her was in front of her car when she started driving and so was theoretically at risk (I suppose), but he was able to easily move out of the way of her vehicle while firing at least 3 times into the driver. Doesn’t look like he is particularly fearful of his life. Looks like he wanted to do some shooting.JMHO

  The last admin. allowed millions to stroll into this country, unvetted, which put pressure on a lot of communities to try & handle the influx & the extra crime. ICE has been directed to corral as many illegals as they can for deportation. But some jackass Govs. & Mayors think they're above the law & are trying to fight it by not cooperating, & ordering their local LE not to help. In fact they've refused fed help when it was offered.....& their rhetoric has encouraged locals to act like terrorists & attack federal agents. A protest stops being a protest once you start the violence.

 It's a tragedy that someone lost their life today. But it was just a matter of time before someone went too far. I wasn't there......I didn't witness what happened, & neither did jackasses Frey & Walz. But after months of being cussed at, spat upon, stoned, & shot at, I'm not surprised that the agents are ready to respond if seriously threatened.

Open season on ICE agents.  Just watch.

I have no idea how congress and our government has allowed Trump to stomp on the common citizen and divide as he has and especially with this ICE garbage. The lack of respect and order that they have repeatedly displayed goes against rights and liberties of society all because of the pursuit of the brown skin who cause all the ills and problems in society. 

Your reply of blame shifting does not place any accountability or responsibility on your party and even if you are correct with your conclusion there is no place in our society for the abuses and disgusting tactics Trump and his administration have forwarded.

 Again after watching 3 different videos the  way I view the video is that the officer sidestepped the vehicle pretty easily, and the vehicle was not going fast enough to seriously injure the officer even if it had hit him. I get that “is the car going fast enough to seriously injure me” is not a calculation that you can demand an officer to make in that situation, which goes to why it was likely legally justified. Still, if the officer was really in the mind set of not wanting to kill someone unless he absolutely had to, he would not have pulled the trigger and instead would have prioritized avoiding being hit which he did anyway and worry about justice for the driver after the immediate danger was past. If he hadn’t shot the driver in that circumstance, I seriously doubt there would be an after-action review where a panel or superiors would admonish the officer for failing to respond appropriately by not shooting. The reasonable thing to do would have been to get out of the way of the vehicle. We are not talking about an Armed Robbery or escaping Arm murder here we are talking about a panicked woman being stopped by ice ?

When the Attorney General of a state publicly tells it's citizens to "put their life on the line" to stop legal operations by law enforcement this is what happens. Now that LE has to come in force, large numbers. 

I really think many "common citizens" have gone mad. 

And if they think this stops the legal actions they will be disappointed.

• Sing Radsmikham, 52, an illegal immigrant from Laos, was convicted of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct by force or coercion in Roseau County. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 10 years probation. Radsmikham has had a final deportation order since March 30, 2004.
• Liban Ali Osman, 43, an undocumented felon of Somali origin, was convicted of robbery in Columbus, Ohio. He was sentenced to three years in prison. Osman has had a final deportation order since May 17, 2011.
• Tou Vang, a 42-year-old illegal alien offender from Laos who was convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a girl under the age of 13. Vang has had a final order of deportation since October 31, 2006.
• For Moua, a 50-year-old undocumented felon from Laos, he was convicted of first-degree grievous bodily harm and sentenced to 14 years and seven months in prison; sexual conduct in the third degree and sentenced to 18 months in prison; sexual intercourse with a minor (in California) and sentenced to 210 days in prison; and unlawful deprivation of liberty (in California) and sentenced to one year and four months in prison . Moua has had a final deportation order since October 31, 2000.
• Javier Bulmaro Turrubiartes, a 49-year-old alien offender from Mexico who has been arrested for soliciting children through electronic communications to engage in sexual conduct and convicted of hiring or agreeing to hire a child under the age of 16 for prostitution, for which he was sentenced to 75 days in jail and 75 days of work release.
• Somvang Phrachansiry, a 63-year-old undocumented felon from Laos, was convicted of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon . He was sentenced to a total of eight years and six months for these offenses. Phrachansiry has had a final order of removal since May 23, 2001.
• Angel Edwin Quiquintuna Capuz, 26, an illegal immigrant and Ecuadorian felon, was convicted of robbery in Columbus, Ohio, and sentenced to three years in prison. He was also arrested for driving while intoxicated, assaulting a police officer, obstructing legal process and disarming a law enforcement officer.
• Joel Cuautle-Ocelotl, 51, a criminal alien originally from Mexico, was convicted of third-degree assault with intent to cause bodily injury in New York and driving under the influence of alcohol in Minnesota. Cuautle-Ocelotl had a final deportation order since Feb. 3, 2010; the order was reinstated on May 12, 2012 and Nov. 4, 2020.

 Get it right...I am blaming Trump for HOW he is going about this, yet you want to blanket generalize and categorize because it serves your partisan agenda. I do not think ther way Trump does most everything is respectful, appropriate and in keeping with the constitution and what this country is founded on.

There have been illegals in this country for much longer than Biden, that blank check does not float for your dood, he is not above the law he is not the creator of the law he is to respect and uphold the law and he does a very poor job at doing that AND keeping balance and respect for society.
