If sharps were with Indiana we'd likely see line movement to -3.5 or Bets might be balanced but handle heavy on Indiana

Instead we see Oregon has 31% bets with 34% handle on ML ? slightly bigger money on the and we also see Oregon is also getting only 26% bets but 25% handle on the +3 ? steady enough

The value position is Oregon +3 or Oregon ML.  Indiana is the public side, not the sharp side.
