Legal experts say that Comey is highly unlikely to be convicted.  Durham who investigated Russia probe was unable to find evidence of false statements by Comey.  Assigned prosecutor Halligan is an insurance lawyer with no experience in criminal cases.  Normally, justice department does not like to lose cases in court.  But under Trump administration, law enforcement is weaponized to punish political enemies despite insufficient evidence.
