So beautiful...unreal they pulled Kirby but this is how the baseball gods work.  And Skubal dealing 

Gabe Speier givin’ it up for the second game in a row.

He was summoned in the bottom of the 5th in Game 4 and quickly gave up the double and single that allowed the Tigers to tie the score. Then he was allowed to start the bottom of the 6th and immediately gave up a blast to right that allowed the Tigers to take the lead.

And the Tigers never looked back.

We got a managerial opening in Seattle.

Cal Raleigh stepped into the box and promptly swung and missed at a pitch up around his eye level.

So it’s official. Both managers pulled their starters too soon.

This stage was far too big for the likes of Kyle Finnegan. He sandwiched a walk around two deep fly balls and then allowed a single. His replacement, Tyler Horton, took over and threw two cookies to pinch-hitter Lou Rivas. Rivas looked at the first one and then lined the next identical pitch into left for the game-tying hit.

Of course.  The way MLB is nowadays with no analytics or injury studies to back it up
