Hand up.  I am completely surprised that our defense didn’t show up.  It seemed like baker had plays dialed up and we didn’t execute and it resulted in big plays.  Our offense actually did their job for the most part.  Vandy was the better team in every facet of the game 

I’ll eat crow.  Can’t believe that the defense can’t get a stop….

The first drive out of half could decide this game…let’s see who makes the necessary adjustments

 According to the line movement per this app it opened at 1.5 and closed around 1.5.  Sure, it got up to 2.5 at one point but generally stayed around 1.5…

I respect the shit out of Pavia but just some food for thought.  Sellers had only 19 yards rushing on 22 attempts last week while his total distance traveled for the entire game was a staggering 894 yards.  I do believe vandys OL is head and shoulders better than SCs but just saying this LSU defense is smothering when keyed in on a running QB

 This ain’t last years LSU defense…

Every person I’ve seen in the media has been all over Vandy and yet the line hasn’t moved much.  Vandy had a solid showing vs bama and is coming off a bye.  As an LSU fan I fully expected this line to climb to -3.5.  I believe in the LSU defense (even without Whit Weeks).  If there was ever a game for Nuss to pull his head out of his ass it’s against this leaky Vandy secondary.

LSU wins this one 20-17 imo

Pretty solid breakdown as I see it much the same.  I’m an LSU fan so I’m hoping that our transfer led OL can hold off your studs upfront long enough for Nuss to take advantage of the speed we have at WR.  Our defense SHOULD be much improved but I believe I speak for the entire fanbase that I have to see it to believe it.  I’m hoping Perk and Whit can minimize Cades legs as I think that could be the X factor in this game.  All that being said, I am expecting a low scoring close game like you and I’m just hoping my Tigers come out on top.  Regardless the outcome it should be an exciting game.
