Although Trump administration has the money for November, they choose to weaponize hunger as a political weapon in government shutdown. Just got back to this post. The answer was OPEN THE GOVERNMENT BACK UP. Telling Trump to just come up with the money was stupid. Yeah, the USDA had some of it as a reserve but not all of it.
