 That is because they offshore production to save costs and Stellantis is a foreign company so when you have very little product being made in the US thats how it goes. 

On a brighter note, that South Park episode was quite amusing, they are willing to say what nobody else will but that everyone else is feeling and thinking. I do not think Trump will be very happy with the depiction they made of him.
