Well, it took til now to find out what happened to my post!! I thought my whole thread was gone. Can anyone tell me why I got in trouble? In one day I got 51 friend requests! I stumbled over that and about fell over. I want to thank the guys who wrote me, I am very grateful.
Here's a copy of the email I sent to a dozen or so guys earlier today:
I have no idea why but my entire thread was removed. I can't even start a new one, for some reason I'm blocked from posting at all, it's got me really irritated to tell you the truth. I enjoy writing like that, and in fact I am now enjoying writing to you, it seriously helps me to relax.
I'm glad you got in on Marquette the other night. Last night I was on Texas A-M but since the site won't let me post anymore noone got that play. I always play against teams after a big win and Ok State had just knocked off Kansas a few days prior. Thank you for writing me, I actually got a dozen or so e-mails from guys who wanted to stay in touch, basically the same as your message, did make me feel better. The haters on that board are just awful. I still don't know what a "tout" is. And one guy says "...if you have really been around gambling that long you'd know...." . I don't need to prove myself to any of the punks on there. I really got me frustrated.
I really do have alot of stories, I've been through alot in my years. I do believe that I can beat sports gambling.....not every week, thats not possible. I do know baseball alot better, used to do pretty well there, but if a guy played smart, never chased, didn't force anything and always used his head, it can be done. Long ago, my problem was, I have nothing better to do this afternoon and since the game is on I'll throw some money on it, hell it's 50/50 right? That might work once, or twice, you might be hot and have it work 5-6 times in a row. Eventually, that 10% juice is going to catch you. I'd probably have a serious problem living in Vegas. When I was 21 I stayed at the Barbary Coast during pre-season football and put $1,000 on each and every football game that Saturday.....still know the exact day. Who in the world bets on pre-season football? There were 11 games, $11,000, figuring it would make for an exciting night parking at Caesar's in those football helmet chairs and watching the big screen. Can you imagine how I felt after going 0-11?? That's next to impossible.....0-11, never forget it.
Anyway, thanks for your e-mail, I'll copy down your personal address, and we can stay in touch if you want to. You don't ever have to cut me in, like I said, if we lose I sure can't send you any money so it's hardly fair for me to expect the same from you.
Tonights card: I of course like lots of games when I first start studying.....I then look for reasons NOT to play each side. Usually I can narrow it to 1-2 games. For tonight, I like 2 games, both out west. One of them is my own personal play and one of them I am following a trend. Usually I don't mess with trends but this one goes for years and years....you've probably heard of it. UCLA always, always, always covers on Thursday games, then choke on Saturday games. Who knows why, I sure don't know, but they are like 85-90% covers on Thursday for the past few years. Arizona beat the Bruins earlier this season, at UCLA so tonight I say the Bruins take the re-match, or atleast keep it close enough for the cover LOL I also like the Utah Jazz.....everyone seems to like The Suns and it's always good to go against the public. Utah lost last game at the Clippers and the Suns just pounded the Clips....most guys figure common sense means the Suns win big tonight in Phoenix. If it was going to be that easy Vegas wouldn't have made the Suns only 1- point faves. They are just begging Joe Q to bet on the Suns.....that's why I like Utah. Any opinions? I'll feel just as good knowing I gave you 2 winners as you will collecting from the man, believe me.
Fingers are getting tired of typing and I am feeling alot less anxious, thats a good thing.
UCLA +5 and Utah Jazz +1-
Thanks again for the support, I'm grateful.
