Cook
was held out for precautionary reasons on Wednesday, so it stands to
reason that he has a good shot to play Friday. Jones, who has been out
the entire year, has been practicing fully with the team. Neither would
be a particularly strong play anyway, so owners should wait until a
report with more certainty surfaces.

Trap, trap, trap. It isn't a trap. Anyone who thinks Miami winning by 4 or more on the road is "easy money" probably isn't successful betting. The Kings are value here but by no means is Miami a "trap".

From another forum, but here is the details on this game.
" If the Heat's players appear sluggish early in Friday's game against the Kings, they have a pretty good reason. The Heat's 108-97 loss to the Nuggets on Wednesday was just the start of a difficult night. The team was forced to spend the night in Denver when mechanical problems grounded its chartered plane. The team did not arrive in Sacramento until just after 3 p.m. Pacific time Thursday. Miami had a 90-minute workout at ARCO Arena. Guard Dwyane Wade said team members sat on their plane for nearly two hours after they left the Pepsi Center in Denver. They eventually got off the plane and checked into a nearby hotel at 3 a.m. Thursday morning. The Heat checked out at noon and then flew to Sacramento. ''I've never been through nothing like that before,'' Wade said. ``It was a bad start to a road trip, for sure. We didn't check into a five-star [hotel], I can tell you that. I guess we'll see how it will affect us. You just have to be professional and try to get back into a rhythm for [Friday's] game.'' Coach Erik Spoelstra said the team passed the idle time on the plane talking and playing card games. ''We got a chance to spend a bit more time together,'' Spoelstra joked after practice. ``It was a computer malfunction [Wednesday]. I'm glad we didn't try to go. When we got back to the hotel, the movie that was on was Apollo 13.'' • James Jones and Daequan Cook are questionable for Friday's game. Jones completed his first extensive practice since wrist surgery in October. Cook, who missed Wednesday's game with a bruised left knee, participated in some drills. Jones hoped to make his season debut Friday."

kings are not a good team Heat can not afford to lose this game with the Lakers coming up next. Heat will have to win some games of the road trip and this is one they should win.

this the same heat team that was horrible last year, and not that much better this year in my opinion. They needed a MVP start from D wade to just be a .500 team. Like the Kings here as they are usually tough at home at finally have a healthy team.
