 What’s your lean and analysis on today’s game 

I like dodgers that starting line up and pitching but only negative thing for dodgers is the bullpen 

Got a stat there has been 5 World Series that a team just swept and other team went the full 7 games the team that went the full 7 have won all 5 

  Interesting!  

 Of course, as always, there are two equal ways to look at any "streak"

1/   It will continue for reasons unknown, but it seems to be a tendancy,

    or

2/   the opposite side of the "streak" is due   (ie, akin to market correction)

 Here's something which may or may not matter depending on how one handicaps the series:

  • LA Dodgers are 9 - 1 (.900) in the playoffs this year, starting with mediocre Reds but then facing the two BEST teams in MLB: Philly .593 and Brewers .599! 
  • LAD are a perfect 4 - 0 on the road in playoffs! ...they won BOTH opening road games against each of those top two MLB teams!

  • Toronto is 7 - 4 (.636) in the playoffs, facing two slightly weaker teams than LAD faced: NYY .580 and Seattle .556
  • Toronto is 4 - 2 at HOME in playoffs (against those two opponents who are slightly weaker than LAD faced)
  • Toronto won their opening 2 HOME games vs NYY, but *LOST* their 2 opening HOME games vs Seattle .556 

Having defeated the TOP 2 TEAMS in MLB, the Dodgers are arguably the BEST team in MLB at this point

The Blew-it Jays have to face the BEST team in MLB having just struggled to beat a slightly better than mediocre .556 team at home....

 Across their 11 playoff games (7 - 4) vs opponents not as good as LAD had to face, Toronto has been tagged for 33 runs against (avg 3.0 rpg against) 

Dodgers in 10 playoff games allowed just 22 runs (avg only 2.2 rpg) against their starters + bullpen - achieving this while facing the TOP TWO TEAMS in MLB!  

 In their 4 game SWEEP of the best team in MLB (Brewers .599) the Dodgers SP + BP allowed just 1 run each game!

When it comes to stats the Fubah Man is Locked  and Loaded great info

All the above said,   GAME #1 looks like a coin-toss to me....

And when it's a coin-toss, I look for "value" with a significant plus money dog!  Also  I think the hot bats of Jays will get to SNELL....

Could be wrong of course,  but his road game numbers are much worse than his overall avg!  And he's facing the hottest bats in baseball vs LEFTIES!

Also the fact that SNELL has pitched soooo well since returning in August....because therein lies the problem: such good streaks just don't last.  Regression!!  He has pitched 6 straight without a bad outing........YET!

  Bad outing for SNELL, as predicted.  Jays got to him! 

He puts 12 on base in only 5.0 ip and leaves the bases loaded with nobody out....
