Hey Phixer, I'd also love to hear some of your thoughts on why Michigan -7 this week. Does msu 0-6 ats concern you or are we talking a different animal than the NFL? You seem pretty confident with it being a 10 unit play. I'm with you either way, just curious to hear the background of you get any time. Thanks man!

Well Scarpone, My suggestion is you fire up the grill, get a case of your favorite brew, call your "Book" and bet the Under 41. This is gonna be an ugly game and nasty in the trenches. In other words, why try to figure out who covers the 8 points or lay the heavy juice on the ML, when you can take the Under (41). Crack open a beer, grill your favorite cut of meat and don't worry about who wins. Now doesn't that make more sense?

michigan state is 0-6 ats, but - and this one is a one of hell of a but - 6-0 su. that means that they do precisely what vegas biatches would. and that is attracting most of the bets on them and then simply not covering them while not paying the prices by losing the games. and that is only because they have been favorites all the time. but now the time is here to pay that price as well as no one in the right mind would think that in such rivalry game so  much points could be going the spartans way and not to grab it.

now, this is really wise and i am awaiting the closer to the game time to see if vegas even lowers the line to make the over more attractive.

i dont know why i hit submit when my thought process was not over yet - what i mean that the under may very well be the play and the testimony to that will be vegas lowering the totals line while the bets continue to flow in for the over. did you see houston - tulan game ? well, only 14 points in the second with scoreless 4th quarter and all that to cover the under which was in a grave danger after 35 point first half

this is the rivalry of all rivalries, many got this game on the early line at 8.5 it has now stabilized at 7...forget the spread in this instance; take Michigan on the ML the Big House will be on fire with 110,000 strong, the Wolverines go for their 4th straight shutout, inspiration enough to capture a WIN, just can't see any significant handicap edge where as the Spartans leave Ann Arbor with a victory, it's just not happening. Although, +7 MSU has a probability factor of 45% to cover the spread...this will be one very interesting outcome, enjoy the game.....
