I think the SEC has the most liberal admission requirements in the country. If the SEC had the same requirements as Duke, ND, etc you would be irrelevant. The SEC is the most liberal league in college football.

Won't affect Auburn in any way except causing a distraction.

I don't know wether these allegations are true or not. However, I really question the timing, and the motive. I don't think it's coincidence that this stuff is being aired out in the midst of Cam Newton's, and Auburn's finest hour. My instincts are telling me there's resentment, and sabotage in the air in Gainesville.

I believe that if Auburn wasn't as good, and Cam Newton wasn't shining so bright, this stuff never would have came to light.

Probably, but there's a 99% chance that these allegations are true.  They would not be printed if the reporter and newspaper weren't absolutely certain that the "unnamed source" is correct.

If they're wrong, Cam Newton wins potentially millions in a libel suit.

I’m an Auburn alumni  and no they can’t be penalized.  He went to a juco in texas to get his grades up to an academic level.  Auburn has extremely high academic standards.  I had physics  class with Lester a few years back and like any college athlete, he was surrounded by his box posy.  But he stilled failed the class and was suspended for the remaining of the season.
