 going to see now a specialist for my knee , November 19 , been now more than 2 months / accident and X-rays , knee not getting much better 

 because by accident i forgot to make a co-payment , $ 54 , now i need to prepay for this visit  what a fucked up clinic and system in general 

have a PPO ... ridiculous 

 it will be all right , mon ami 

its so crazy with this knee , occasional some pain , can put full weight on it , but i cannot bend the knee back , normal would be what , a 120 degrees , i can do maybe 10 to 15 then it hurts 

if i apply a light pressure with my hand on the inner side of the knee i can bend it back fully , and can continue to do so without the hand for 10 + times

i read this that it cant be a bad injury given that i can do that ? 

trying to get into PT before the 19th to see what they say

This year fall time change really messing me up 

have to address the knee , then stomach issues (occasional bloating , acid , , then dentist , early next year lungs scan , kidney doc , then dentist again , beautiful ... 

which x-rays cant detect ? 

and if thats the case , does that mean surgery , or Physical Therapy ?

madness is the new normal 

read about it , surgery is most unlikely , different treatments and PT is most common 

the mistake i made is i didn't give the knee enough rest , i didnt ice it too often , stopped wearing knee brace , didnt elevate the knee  my fault 

will start tomorrow wearing the brace again , elevate the knee , and ice it a couple of times / day , and certainly walk less
