I wouldn't say fuck soccer, but it is very hard to handicap what team or player is on the take.
I'm learning quickly that the Champions League and the Europa League are some corrupt shit. Anderlecht messed around the whole 1st half. Kiev and Besiktas just gave us a sorry display of how not to score. Lazio and Zurich get 2 in the 1st half, and then say fuck you in the 2nd half. Shitty games. 
As for your other comments, I wouldn't make those in P's thread. He does very well in soccer. When he posts a play, we all check to make sure we are not opposite. You would be wise to do the same.
