Seems to be the same thing for me, I do well smaller punts and every time I go for that big strike I loose. Starting to be quite annoying

Predicted Vs Actual lines for Mitre 10 cup this week.

Tasman V North Harbour
I had North Harbour + 1.5 vs + 3.5
Tough game to call I think it is pretty close but would think North Harbour may edge it.

Manawatu V Counties
I had Counties -3.5 vs +1.5
Same as the first game close to call I would give the edge to Manawatu with the low cap. They have the momentum with the wins even if their last game was fairly underwhelming. To me scoring 10/12 points inside the first 3 minutes is what hurt them last game. They never did the hard work because it was to way to easy very early on.

Canturbury V Taranaki
I had Taranaki + 7.5 vs + 13.5'
You got to be brave as a bookie giving Taranaki 2 converter tries

Probably to many points for Otago but it really depends on the team picked. Its quite hard to follow the team they pick because they do this stupid video presentation were the players mumble their names and clubs. If they could just list it somewhere it would easier to follow who is in and who is out.


Northland V Hawksbay
I had Hawksbay +10.5 Vs +12.5
Hawks bay are going to have a real hard time containing Northland outside backs in this one. Their backline man for man is just bigger and more skillful.


Southland V Wellington
I had Wellington -14.5 vs -29.5
That has to be way to many points, Southland at home and have been playing much better.

And to Sunday games Teams playing Sunday after backing up from Wednesday are now 1 - 8 - 1 SU

Tasman V Auckland
I have Auckland +2.5

some times when comes to home ground .. its big chance for home team make upset..

last weel all 4 NRC ( ausi rugby games) home teams won @ 2.00, 1.65.160 and 1.70

sometimes dont think too much like game yesterday..  tasman was allover NH..  tasman did not give any room for them atall..and what a diffence from both side.. coz that was must win game for both..

some more its mostly do or die battle end of session games for miter 10..

even i feel manawatu  just win tonite and totals will under too..




i can see some was complining this forum is dead..  well its your fault mate.. go and see your face from  mirror.. if you share your  thoughts with other this form it will not be problem..

Manawatu have made five changes to their side which started against Southland on Saturday. Fraser Armstrong returns at prop for Tuki Raimona while Michael Alaalatoa is back at tighthead for Sean Paranihi. Brice Henderson will start at No.8 for Harrison Brewer while Kayne Hammington and Otere Black return at halfback and first five-eighths respectively. Counties Manukau have made only two changes to their side which beat Northland on Sunday. Stephen Donald is at first five-eighths replacing Baden Kerr who is on the bench while wing Luteru Laulala will play on the right wing for Albert Nikoro. The pack is unchanged.

i may add to my parlay  cheetahs win,, benetton -12.5 and curry cup cheetahs2 home can be deadly..no touch bulls -8.5

Cas are rightfully favourites  and I would not back against them ,but I still think Leeds have a chance

leeds +6.5 is good coz this game is in trafford which is natural ground.. its not tigers home

Onto the game and now I've almost finished sulking after last Friday's game, I'll try and put some constructive thoughts together. 

Obviously, initial impression is a Cas victory. Looking at recent matches between the two sides you feel that they could have chucked in 17 blokes off the street against Leeds this season and won.

But there's no getting away from the fact that when it comes to the GF,  Leeds have been there, book, t shirt, film, etc, etc.

So who will prevail on Saturday?, well, in spite of the overwhelming Tigers' dominance this season I don't think this will continue. I think Cas will win, don't get me wrong, but I think it'll be a nervy,  fairly low scoring, rain affected affair with Cas sneaking it by a goal or a try.

Cas 18 Leeds 14.
