I live in PA but it was available on bet365 (site that I bet for the game, offers A LOT more international events) but not DraftKings. Very strange indeed. Looks like the Hardrock got tipped off about the fix and didn't want it on their books!!

I think they get a late goal to cover the first half -1 goal spread, -200 three way ml and to keep the O/U at 2.75 during the half. That puts bettors at a crossroads on deciding the O/U for the 2nd half.
