Currently the best odds I can see is $1.50, but I've been backing them since they were $2.00 - which doesn't help anyone I know.

But I do not see any team good enough to challenge them and their consistency.  They ain't pretty, they just get it done.  1-0 to the Arsenal.

This is 100% their season, no question about it.

Consider they are already 6 and 7 pts ahead of the only teams that could in theory catch them in Man City and Liverpool respectively.  But both despite being rich with attacking talent have far too many issues within their squad to muster a challenge.  Both can't defend for their lives, while both also made massive investments for the future and all those players will take at least a season to properly adjust.  At the earliest they start clicking 2nd half of the season, but I can foresee Arsenal having a double digit lead by the new year and even they won't blow it this time.  They also don't have a City side anywhere near the level that reeled off IIRC 14 straight wins to chase them down 3 seasons ago.

This is a $1.50 bet that should be $1.10 and is only $1.50 because there is so much of the season left to play.  Even injuries would do little to stop them this season as Arsenal invested well in quality backups that have already proven themselves capable of carrying the side.

I also expect this will be a winner well before the season has finished meaning you won't have capital locked up too long with bookmakers paying out early.

I can't see how Arsenal don't win this game convincingly.

They are starting to pickup form in a similar way and at a similar time to last season, when they were absolutely crushing teams and playing lockdown defense.

The return of Odegaard to midfield and the way they demolished an inform Nottingham Forest last round at home was clinical.  Then they went away to Sporting and wiped the floor with them, showing a hunger and energy that has been somewhat lacking up to this point.

It feels like they are ready to really take this title chase by the scruff of the neck and apply some serious pressure to run away leaders Liverpool.

Add in that they went to West Ham last season and thumped them 6-0!!!  I consider this West Ham team either as bad or worse under the ineffective coaching of Lopetegui.  How he ever got a second job in the Premier League is beyond me, but he will soon be out on the street.  The win at Newcastle was hugely fortuitous with a usually deadly Isaak missing key chances for Newcastle, flattering West Ham.

Probably the most confident I've felt all season about a Premier League game so far.

Of course, the opposing view will be that Junior are down a goal on aggregate so must go for it in the 2nd half, but the biggest mistake about that thinking is that just because a team has to score to advance doesn't mean they will. 

I have learnt this the hard way over many years.
