At the end of the contest we will hold a draw to determine the winner.

Who's eligible for the draw?

The top finisher on the weekly Leaderboard throughout the contest, plus the top 3 finishers on the overall Leaderboard.  If a user finishes at the top in multiple weekly leaderboards - they will receive multiple 'tickets' for the draw. For every top finish (weekly and overall) = 1 ticket.

The winner of the 'Free Beer for a Year' draw will be announced on this contest forum the week following the end of the contest (NHL all-star game – Jan 25th, 2009).  We will contact the winner via email so make sure you contact email on Wagerline is updated.

Grand Prize Overall Prize Requirements & Eligibility

- All winners must have a registered Sportingbet account
- All accounts funded with $25 or more prior to Jan 1st, 2009 will receive 100% of prize value
- Accounts not funded before the deadline will receive 25% of prize value
- 4x Rollover required on contest prizes. For example if you win the $200 5th prize you will need to wager that $200 4 times for a total of $800 in the sportsbook before you can request a withdrawal.
- Prizes are awarded as Free Play
- The Grand Prize Draw winner must have an active Sportingbet account and have made at least 1 wager at the sportsbook prior to Jan 1st, 2009.

WEEKLY LEADERS PRIZES (regular season)

1st: $250 Sportingbet Free Play Betting Account
2nd: $100 Sportingbet Free Play Betting Account
3rd: $50 Sportingbet Free Play Betting Account

Weekly Prize Requirements & Eligibility

- All winners must have a registered Sportingbet account and have made at least one wager at the sportsbook during the 2008/09 NHL season, prior to Jan 1st, 2009.  *Your wager must be made anytime before Thursday 11pm EST of your prize winning week.
- 100% of prize value will be awarded to all previously funded accounts of $25 or more
- Accounts not funded by the deadlines listed above will receive 50% of prize value
- Duplicate entries will be disqualified
- 4x Rollover required on contest prizes. For example if you win the $250 first prize you will need to wager that $250 4 times for a total of $1000 in the sportsbook before you can request a withdrawal
- Prizes are awarded as Free Play

TIE BREAKER RULES

Overall Leaderboard Tie breaker: For members who are tied with equal units (1) winning percentage (2) Total number of picks (3) member who made the first pick within the contest (time stamp).

Weekly Leaderboard tie breaker - the tie breaker system is as follows: (1) most wins for the week (2) member who got their first pick of the week in the earliest (time stamp).
