Freddy Peralta is in peak form, allowing just 1 run in his last three starts. He is commanding the strike zone and missing bats at an elite level. Logan Webb has been solid but not consistently his usual dominant self. Milwaukee's bats also hold the edge right now, scoring 4.9 runs over their last 10, compared to just 3.0 for the Giants. Add in Milwaukees sizzling home record of (43-20) and the fresher bullpen, along with the best record in baseball, making the Brewers the side to back on a Saturday night in Milwaukee.

Western Kentucky/Sam Houston St Under 61.5 (-112) Draftkings 

This number looks inflated. Western Kentucky enters with a retooled offense, losing key weapons from last year's high flying attack. With a new quarterback under center, expect some early season growing pains.

Sam Houston St comes in with a defense first mentality. The Bearkats were among the stingiest last year but averaged only 20.6 pts per game. Both defenses should dictate the tempo here, especially with game one timing issues. Asking these teams to combine for 62pts requires near perfect efficiency, which doesn't fit the profile for this game.
