Treat gambling on sports like a long term investment and not a way to get rich because you won’t. Yes it makes games more exciting, but you have to train your brain to think of it as a long term investment and a way to diversify from the stock market. Establish a flat unit system and bet accordingly while having the understanding and discipline that losses are inevitable. If you have a disciplined approach and know what you’re doing, then really all you need is more time/larger sample to breakeven or come out ahead. If you can’t do this then quit altogether. There are more important things in life than gambling on sports and you need to put your energy towards healthy habits above all else. BOL to you moving forward
