I appreciate the input, on both side. I think the injury’s to the Lions secondary lead me to hedge as the safest way to proceed. I put  600 on the Chiefs -2.5 with a profit of 522. It’s hard to win on the road, and Chiefs will be able to score here I think. Here to betting on the middle and winning both! Best of luck gentlemen.

I have the Lions +8.5 as the last leg of a teaser. 300 to pay out 1800. Any thoughts about rolling with the play, or hedging it at Chiefs -2.5 and hoping for Chiefs by 3. Anyone have any insight into why the Chiefs cover?

Roscoe, I haven’t followed your picks before but I have followed BYU over the last three years, going to all the home games, watching all the away games that are televised. I am telling you, this is not the same team as in other years. As bad as their defense has been the past two weeks, their offence has been worse. They have only scored points in two of the last eight quarters, and to echo Handicapper33, not having Reilly Nielson in there will enable the Wolfpack to unleash on Heaps in the pocket. Last week, he was sacked something like 8 times. The O-line was supposed to be a strength for the team and they are looking terrible with Heaps back there. I will be at the game, pulling for BYU but having my money on Nevada. I will be happy if you win. Good luck bro!

I was looking at the same thing. Georgia's defense did a respectable job last week against Carolina last week and I an not convinced their offense will score much. BOL dwalla24

Yeah Train, I read the forums alot, waste alot of money each football season, but never post any of my plays. I play for fun mostly, and like the ideas of parlays: and risking a little to win alot.

Of the six games on my card, Florida St. is my favorite play. I was at the game last year and was at the BYU/Washington game this year and know that they are completly overmatched. I was expecting the line to come out at more like Florida St -16.5 -18.5. Even with both teams comming off a lose, BYU doesn't have the the talent on offense that it had last year with the loss of the their three athletes who made NFL rosters.

After the games came out these are the ones that I liked the most and decided to go big. I bought points on several to increase my chances.
