Weird is what describes this site's multiple and numerous issues.

I mean, explain to me how someone's Last 3 in Pitching Splits can be zero'd out when he's got stats? These oddities can be broken down on a list that can go for pages.

It certainly doesn't surprise me that it worked for you, but what's going to happen is nothing (with the issue I definitely experienced), and it'll happen again, no doubt.

 You're able to view the NYM CHC matchup page?? Still doesn't work for me. This is for 9/23.

I'm pretty certain if it's broken once, it's going to break again. Something specific about that matchup ...

 None of this directed towards you, you've been a beacon here in the forums for as long as I can remember

Take for example the scenario I am in today (and anyone else who took yesterday's Mets/Mil game for your Streak Survivor). 

The game was postponed until today. In the previous decades this site was running, the game would've been listed as postponed, and no more than a couple hours later, the game voided. Now, the game has to be played out, and no Streak Survivor pick can be made today either, since the game is currently listed as being played today (even though we selected it for 7/1). 

The faulty business logic that was put in place in the new design that we have here adversely affects any chance of winning the Monthly Streak Survivor, since we'll be missing 2 days of picks. This used to be fully automated, and now, to get this secondary issue resolved, I'm sure there needs to be some manual intervention. 

Just one of a multitude of issues related to a site that used to work almost flawlessly before these new IT newbies got their hands on the code.

That may be the case @weeble5672, but the truth and behind-the-scenes of the situation is that their company went through some significant IT personnel changes a couple years ago now. They hired a team of newbies with NO industry experience whatsoever and a tech leader that somehow convinced upper management that they had development/design ideas that were going to improve the website and back-end processing.

Not only have they gone through a litany of severe errors over the past 2 years by not setting up and performing unit/integration testing before putting their new code in place (a major faux pas that should be more than reasonable for termination), but they're pulling the wool over the eyes of upper management with ridiculous time estimates for what are in some cases simple fixes. Because if they're not simple, it's pretty clear that whatever system design they have in place now, it's significantly worse than what it used to be. 

How do I know this you ask? Because I have decades of experience in the IT industry going back even before the internet, and, for example, could read the writing on the  wall for a failing company like Gateway Computers even after only spending a year there. 

But it is still a free service (despite being a sub-grade product now) so ...

 Technically, as it's done in Sportsbooks, any game that doesn't complete the day of the scheduled match (not counting games that go into the early AM) should void any selections/wagers.

Referring to the pitching player pages, where if you scroll towards the bottom, there's a breakdown of last 3, Away, Home, Day & Night

I've always found it useful, but I'm guessing based on no one joining/supporting the thread that it's not popular.

It's almost 2 months into the season, any chance we can bring back pitching splits?

 I didn't realize the damage that's been done ... this problem is for more than just 3/12, but I'm sure the expert IT ream will figure that out 

They're not correct, for everyone in the contest. I'd prefer a 5-1 day,  but I went 3-3. 

I would've posted 20 minutes ago myself, but I was being optimistic that they would notice your post
