Abuse of power for Trump to declare emergency to impose tariffs.  Emergency powers are supposed to be a temporary fix for crises.  They aren't meant to solve long standing problems.    IEEPA only applies to emergency from extraordinary threat to national security, foreign policy or the economy originating from outside US.  Long trade relationships aren't unexpected emergencies.  IEEPA allows economic sanctions but not tariffs against foreign enemy.

Implementation: The President can use IEEPA to impose tariffs, embargoes, and other economic measures.

On top of that trumpy admitted on national tv the border wasnt a actual emergency lmfaooooooooooooooooooooo.  Frigging guy is dumber then a rock.

The International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA, 50 U.S.C. §§ 1701 et seq.) gives the President broad authorities to address declared emergencies concerning certain “unusual and extraordinary” threats to national security, foreign policy, or the economy, including the authority to“regulate” or “prohibit” imports.

He said on national tv, the border wasnt an actual emergency, undercutting his own lawyers in court.  why any human being would want to be around this moron boggles my mind

Thats pretty much what he does on a daily basis.  The meet the nation host got of him on sunday. Am sure the lawyers will be using that tape in court.

The UK & India strike a deal after 3 years of haggling.

But the Failed QVC Steak Salesman plans to make 90 deals in 90 days. Yup, but these deals won't be made with us!

He'll announce deals that already exist as new, bigger, better, beautiful deals. Instead, other countries are making deals with each other as they cut their dependence on US products.

 Thats what all the other countries are gonna end up doing.  Maga morons are so in love with trump because they watched him say "YOU'RE FIRED " on his awful fake tv show, they actually think hes some business genius when in reality is hes downright awful and is now gonna destroy our country. All the greatest empires in history went down in flames, trumpy is gonna do the same to us. Awesome jobs magas   You all got fooled by a con artist bullshitter.   Car dealers must truly love magas, they could sell them pinto and tell them its a new style mercedes benz and they would eat it up

President Trump needs to pick-up the pace .....on these tariff deals  ..

I suggest don't sign anything ..things will go much quicker that way.....make the deal and move on....-o-o-o-o-o-o

lmfaooooo its amazing how magas think trump can magically get trade deals done in weeks and months, when it takes years and years to work them out, but hey all the magas should just go put some popcorn in the microwave and watch reruns of that great businessman on the THE APPRENTICE TV SHOW.  You know the one where even the producers of the show said it was all staged, including the board room because trumps rooms were all a disaster.
