You are correct if we talk normal terrorists - but my friend here we are talking Putin and Russia - and they have a history that proof - time and time again - they don’t stop if you give in to their demands - know the saying “give the devil a finger and he takes the hand” - that is Russia in human form - none knows them better than the Ukrainians - and if they for one second thought this would stop him - they had given it to him 3 years ago
