Immigration Issue

 This pertains directly to an issue I have addressed a few times: RACISM!

The MAGAs/trump regime are singularly focussed ONLY on persecuting BLACK and/or BROWN immigrants (illegal or not)

Little to no attention visibly being taken upon the 40 - 49 % of all illegals you mentioned - since a sizable proportion of those "illegals" are WHITE and speak English. THOSE ARE THE ONES WHO ARE ACTUALLY STEALING JOBS THAT AMERICANS WANT TO DO!!! 

Pay no attention to that large group of illegals.   "Just get the brown/black ones!" - like Kristi Noem said in the South Park immigration satire episode last week.

 The racist/fascist trump REICH gives little more than lip service to that HUGE segment of illegals and focusses his/their *RAGE* (often illegal efforts) on immigrants of color - most of them working at menial, low-paying jobs that Americans DON'T WANT TO DO! 

The racist trump regime even persecutes LEGAL immigrants  from Haiti (all BLACK of course!!!) accusing them of running amuck on the streets of Springfield Ohio devouring the pets of terrified WHITE citizens - as stated by der Fuhrer on LIVE TV during a debate.

Then, the racist asshole in the Oval goes so far as to allow WHITE folks from South Africa (homeland of trump's buddy at that time, Elon Musk) to skip the immigration process and enter USA, but deny all BLACK South Africans the same priviledge!

And we learn now that the racist asshole in the Oval has deliberately hidden the presidential portrait of our only BLACK president....but to cover up his racism to make it appear not racist, he hides a white president's portrait as well.

This is how we know trump's REICH is all about RACISM!

But going with the America first idea - then there should be nothing called “they took our jobs” - the workplace hire the best qualified or cheapest workforce - which is benefiting the country the most - if you can’t get a job in that environment - then you are technically hurting America - and removing them so you can get that job doesn’t change that - you should improve your worth - so you were more qualified than them if you wanted to serve Americas good

 I'd be interested to see where your numbers are sourced, in reference to white illegal immigrants. And as an African American, i'd be interested to know what mechanisms you feel Trump has used to target me/us. I have to tell you, I don't feel targeted. Maybe i'm naive. None of my Mexican friends, all born here, feel threatened either. Maybe we are all naive. I'll tell you one thing though. Legal brown people are typically against illegal immigration too. They are affected the most negatively by it. Liberals talk about brown people as if they're this homogeneous thing. In the Bay, I grew up with Mexicans specifically. And I can say definitively say that Mexicans aren't too keen on hundreds of thousands, millions of illegal Salvadorians, Hondurans, Venezuelans, etc being dumped into their communities. This undoubtedly contributed to the growth in support for Trump amongst Hispanic voters.

 With all due respect, at your assumed age, saying Trump is a racist like never seen in our lifetime is a wild take.

The Alligator Alcatraz detention center built in our Everglades will be shut down/dismantled in a few days.

This has been a disaster & a waste of about a quarter million dollars of Floridian taxpayer money that will not be repaid by the federal government.

It's all a matter of perspective, brody. For example, I can't stand Greg Abbott. I have a tonne of family in Texas, and I really don't like the guy. When he came with the razor wire floaties in the Rio Grande though...

I was like, "Oh my god, this dude's the goat!" My wife was looking at me like a monster. I'm extremely liberal in many ways but I have zero tolerance for illegal immigration. And a very liberal acceptance for cruelty. So when I see places like Gatortraz, I say, "Nice!" Make people regret coming here illegally.

Part of the problem was that some were here legally & incarcerated because of the way they look. I've got a big freaking problem with that.

Reopening the Japanese internment camps in Cali for these illegals is an absolute insult.

I want the illegals deported & that's what was promised. Millions were to be deported. Holding them in camps is not the answer & moving them from country to country & state to state isn't fixing anything.

It's Delusional Donnie's version of 3 Card Monte but with human beings.

Gotta get those monthly quota numbers, hit all the Home Depot, Lowes and gas stations to deport all those serial killer day labor illegals and legals.

That's a narrative you see pushed in the media but there isn't much truth to it, if any. They paint this picture of masked hit squads just randomly picking up anyone that's brown. Pulling up to Home Depots, raiding job sites, etc. In reality, they are serving warrants for expired visas, and for people who have been buried in the system. If you came here 20 years ago on a work visa, and have been a productive member of society, it does not make you a citizen. If you showed up 30 years ago, received a court date, and just disappeared into society, you are not a citizen. Regardless of if you are married, have kids, etc. These are the people who are getting picked up. And many, if not most, are productive menbers of society, and that sucks but the system catches illegal interlopers eventually. I'm all for immigration reform that makes sense. I want the people who deserve to be here, and who fill a niche in society to have a path. It has to be done right though. Are system has been broken for years. It's a system which dictates that if a person makes it in, they'll receive a hearing date, and then be turned loose into society. How backlogged do you think that case load is? These people never get hearings. The disappear into society. The ones who do break the law are treated as citizens, whether that means jail time or catch and release. There is too much red tape to simply deport them.

Then the Democratic party pushed a narrative that they're all just hardworking roofers of packing plant workers. They aren't. A small percentage are upstanding members of society. It is mostly unemployed, single mothers, unaccompanied minors, and what I call "untethered" men. Single men, no families, no job skills, no prospects. Recipe for disaster.

Come on Stump, these pricks are hanging out at immigration court houses where illegals doing all the right things of appearing for their hearings and they are grabbing them after they leave the court room.  Thats pretty sick. You need to get up to speed on the people they are picking up. Majority are not warrants. The admin said they need to arrest 5k a day.  You think those are all warrants, not even close.

They are picking up illegals. That is my point. Some should not be targeted. Some are productive, have families, don't break laws. I feel bad for them but they are gere illegally. For there to be a path for the right people, we need a modicum of exclusivity. Those success stories are a small percentage. For every hard working Mexican family man who does concrete and has a wife and three kids, there are probably a hundred Honduran, Salvadorian, Venezuelans with no job, no skills, no prospects. This isn't good for anyone. I have seen the negative effects in both California and Oregon.

I haven't been to Washington in a couple years but I know the influx of illegals has affected Washington if it has affected Oregon. And it's not just the Seattle Metro. It's places like Yakima and the tri-cities, which already has a large Hispanic population. Those communities often bear the brunt of the negative effects.

US appeals court blocks Trump administration from revoking humanitarian protection for over 600,000 legal immigrants under temporary protected status program approved by congress.  Mass deportation based on xenophobia instead of national security would harm many innocent people and cost US economy billions of dollars.

Federal judge rules that Trump administration fast deportations violate constitutional right to due process.  People who lived in US interior for years deserve protection.  Without due process, everyone including American citizens could be at risk of being deported.  Of course, the convicted felon doesn't care about the law and fails to hire more immigration judges to process huge backlog of cases.

Federal appeals court rules that Trump administration illegally used Alien enemy act for fast deportations.  No invasion by criminal gang has occurred because US is not at war.

What total and complete BS is spewed here.  No one batted an eye when Clinton or Obama deported millions THEY SAME way.  You skipped due process getting here and then want it to stay...GTFOH.

My wife is Native I live on a reservation.   Yes you can say land was taken.....TOO BAD....THIS IS NOW THE USA!!!   And therefore YES!!  We can CHOOSE who can come in LEGALLY.    And if you SNEAK IN we can DEPORT  you.    That's how it is all over the planet!!

Oh...and why no outrage when Obama set the record for deportations?   WHY???

I suppose it was due to how it was done ? Didn’t most of his numbers come from people turning up and being rejected for ViSA rather than having a government funded kill squad walking around the streets rounding people up - also people that have good reason to be their or people that try to do the right thing - applying for VISA, training your workforce etc. 

And no that isn’t how it works “all over the planet” most countries are controlled and governed by the people that have settled them since the dawn of time - very few countries have been overtaken by killers of the native people that now govern the land like it was their own ! You are all fucking immigrants - that is the point ! You are just an immigrant that fuck a native - I am more interested in hearing your wife’s perspective of the matter

 False equivalence to compare controversial deportations of Trump to other presidents.  Most of Obama deportations don't require much due process because they are criminals and new arrivals at borders.  Obama didn't deport workers with families who lived in the US for years.  However Trump wants to quickly deport as many legal and illegal immigrants as possible without due process from US interior to foreign prisons.  This is causing terror in communities.
