In mockery of justice, the convicted felon grants pardons to supporters who violate laws on his behalf.  According to the Hill, at least 5 January 6 defendants have re-offended.  One is charged with murder, another charged with child pornography and one has been killed by police.  Also Trump has normalized rich criminals paying for pardons.  Problem is weakening of checks and balances in government to restrain presidential abuse of power.  Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Wonder how those trade deals are coming along.

As soon as I heard the EU deal I knew this whole “making deals” narrative was bullshit ! Ursula is in no position to sign a deal like that - EU is not a country - and Ursula don’t decide how we invest our money — and they didn’t even try make it believable - which tells me the story was intended for the American audience that might not know how EU works

Why would Trump put stop of tariffs on select food products that are imported when he and his administration has said repeatedly that tariffs are paid by the  countries of origin not Americans ? How do people continue to buy this born on third base imbecile and his cowardly minions! We are one year in on the Administration and Trumps personal agenda is at a 37% approval rate  ! I look forward to congress to unanimously announce renaming the East wing renovation after the Nobel Peace Prize-winning President, “The Barack H Obama Memorial Ballroom.” This would be excellent step in the right direction in reward for outstanding service to our country and it citizens!

What may linger much longer than Trump's corruption of government may be the damage SCOTUS has done. They enabled the creep with their immunity from prosecution ruling. He can now do whatever he wishes, as long as he wishes, with no future consequences. No wonder they save all critical rulings until June, release them quickly, then get out of town before the s**t hits the fan.

I think the person who royally screwed up and could have stopped trump, after the supreme court gave Presidents all these powers was Joe Biden. He could have just picked up trump and put him away in some undisclosed prison somewhere and said that he was a national threat to the country, or even sending a seal team or cia team to just make him vanish.  Biden screwed up and i know damn well if i was the President while trump was running for office, without those incredible supreme court powers, trump would have never been able to set foot in the white house ever again and probably never would have saw sunshine again. Locked up in some remote underground prison. Then biden could have stepped down and let the democrats have a primary and the republicans would have had to find a normal person to run.
