History won't be kind to Donald dump

Two surveys are based on comparing all presidents in attributes, abilities and accomplishments.  But Trump ranks in bottom 6 on too many of them. So far, his second term appears worse.

SIENA COLLEGE: Background, Imagination. Integrity. Ability to compromise. Executive ability. Communication. Relation with congress. Court appointments. Handling of economy. Executive appointments. Domestic accomplishments. Foreign policy. Avoiding mistakes. 

C-SPAN:  Crisis leadership. Moral authority. International relations. Relation with congress. Pursuit of equal justice for all. Performance within context of times.

I actually for real think your history books will try erase him from your presidential history ! It wouldn’t be out of the ordinary for you guys trying to silence something you did in your past you didn’t like or rewrite your history to fit the narrative they want you to believe etc. and considering how wild these first 10 months have been - I am sure in 3 more years it won’t be something you will remember back on with fond memories 

I don't believe that. There have been far worse presidents in this country over the centuries. The democrats just don't like him. Just a personality conflict. This too, shall pass.

History will show how a political party tried to destroy a man and failed. And now that old man stomps on them everyday. It's karma at it's best. I don't like Trump's mannerisms but sure do get a kick of watching him slap them around. Vindictive? Oh yeah. I would be too. Professional? No, but neither are the left. 

It should be a lesson learned, but will it be?

 History certainly won't be kind to Dementia Joe, lol. He's already widely considered by top experts, & the American people, to be the worst POTUS ever. History will show this period as the collapse of the dem party as they continue to fold to the far-left, & clearly have no vision for the American citizen.

History is likely to be kind to Biden because historians write the history books.  American political science association already ranks Biden 14th and Trump 45th best presidents in US history.  Oddly, the best presidents tend to be woke or concerned about social justice.  For examples, Roosevelt, Washington and Lincoln.

I didn't think they wrote books anymore and thus history will come to forget the likes of Biden and Obama as the youth isn't taught them or interested in searching them out.

They will seek out the barefoot bandit like escapades of Trump to see if he was as wild as legend.

 According to the EXPERTS who study presidential politics, trump (aka, Der Führer of the MAGA Reich) is the WORST US president since WW2 and among the bottom of the outhouse all-time!

And that's not just the highly educated opinion of a few! 

The only major surveys (3) of scholarly EXPERTS/analysts on the subject of presidential politics have studied the matter and all concluded almost exactly the same! 

The most recent survey of analytical presidential experts - the largest one - was published January 2024 and had trump ranked dead last among *ALL* 45 presidents at the time.

     Joe Biden was ranked 14th!   Obama ranked 7th!!

The previous two massive surveys of Poly-Sci EXPERTS - which made their rankings prior to learning of all the fraud and criminal indictments against him and a jury finding he was guilty of sexual assault (rape) - even without that knowledge - the experts still placed the MAGA-asshole in the bottom 4 all-time.  

Even the self-identified republicans among those experts ranked trump among the very WORST all-time!

 Most importantly, all three major surveys of presidential EXPERTS - those who actually study/analyze various aspects of presidential leadership and qualities - found trump WORST of all modern day presidents (ie, since WW2)!

And all that predates this highly controversial 2nd term - which CLEARLY would lower his ranking even further if that were even possible!

  The books are already coming out, although a couple seem to be more like autobiographies of failures during the last admin. No legitimate writer, no matter what they call themselves, is going to laud Biden & be humiliated. Anyone ranking Biden "14th" clearly has an agenda & isn't objective at all.

It's almost like they have to use #14 and #7 as means, or support of, detracting from Trump.  

If they were that accomplished we'd be reveling in the highlights 

When Trump lands top 15 by "some" experts we'll probably just continue to talk about his achievements vs. something else.

  I agree for the most part. With Obama, his only real legacy so far is the failure of Obamacare & the division of the country. However, if the health care thing gets tweaked enough to work, he could be credited with introducing the concept. For Biden.......?????.....hard to see anything but infamy. For Trump.....we'll know more in about five years or so......none/some/all of his ideas could be successes or failures.

Absolutely the WORST we've ever had - and rated BEFORE learning of some of his worst attributes!!!

I just wonder how the criteria that is used can even factor all of this into the situation for evaluation purposes. Seems rather misguided as to how it can even be determined with so many unknown and known factors that have played out or may play out. This is why I think ranking any person of the last 1-10 or 20 years is silly. You could certainly rank the last 30 presidents or so based on how they performed from one to the next of those 30 or so presidents because enough time has elapsed and it could possibly be measured. The problem is, as I pointed out above, how are the determining factors derived as it relates to policies. Likeness and approval rating can be judged, but policies almost seems like an incapable measurement if they are changed or done away with from one administration to the next.

Exactly.  Lost the argument, lost the vote, losing the audience so it's detract away.  But I'll say it until im blue on the face, history wont care about any of them.  Trump it'll say:

Two impeachments, two assassination attempts, 34 felonies.  Nothing more nothing less

I just read this: The criteria and resulting rankings can change over time as new historical evidence emerges and modern perspectives influence evaluation standards.

This kind of alludes to what you and I are suggesting. These type of rankings need time to ripen. Trump will still most likely be low, but enough with the rankings. I guess this is why you cannot make the sports Hall of Fame until your career has concluded and can been evaluated. One or two good years does not make you a hall of famer, which of course makes complete sense.
