Outside perspective, strange proposition.  OP seems to dispute the claim that he's someone else.  District of Columbia reports having proof to which OP said put up or shut up.

I doubt there is interest in a 7 day haul measuring contest and would offer similarly to OP if your proposing the bet, you're likely to win the bet.....so why bother.
