I don't know if its just me or not, but I really like this guy.  Think he knows his shit, knows whats up with everything.  I think he just tells it the way it is and think he would be a great addition to Monday Night Football.  Take Kornhole out and add Skip anyone with me?

I had a few emails back with him back in 2001 when he talked shit on the Sixers when they played the Lakers...

At times he is funny and knows his shit but there are other times where I would like to punch him in the face cause he can be a jackass....

Not kidding, I always value his opinion.  I don't know if you guys watch him daily or not.  I watch him on a daily basis his predictions are mostly dead on, he always takes account for when he is wrong.  He always makes great points, I don't know why he catches such bad reviews.

Being like Skip isn't exactly a badge of honour.  He is one of the most intolerable figures on ESPN, amongst many of the other blowhards the worldwide leader carries in their stable.  His problem is that he always has to take a strong side on an issue regardless of whether or not it is contentious.  He just likes screaming and yelling for the sake of screaming and yelling regardless of whether or not the discussion merits so.  Ultimately it's just annoying and his act wares thin with a lot of people including myself.

I agree he was like that in the beginning, he isn't really like that anymore, whether they told him to tone down or not.  In my opinion, he is one of the most tolerable figures on ESPN.  I'd much rather listen to him, over any of the idiots on Around the Horn, although I do like Mr Paige.  Everytime he is on I listen, I just think he knows what he is talking about, maybe sometimes he is a little extravagant in his views but he definitely catches my attention, which is hard to do.

Skip Bayless is as close-minded as they come....if it's not his perspective, it's wrong...he always likes to gloat when he's right, but never takes responsibility for his horrible calls....dude's always making excuses when someone calls him out, and he never openly listens to others...he acts like a 3 yr old in an argument by always raising his voice, talking out of turn, and getting all angry when someone disagrees with him...he should not be on TV at all, but it's a shame, b/c ppl like you enjoy his antics, so he'll remain on TV

I just watched an episode where he admitted being wrong twice?  So he never admits guilt?  I guess your right

nope not for me. He is more knowledgible now but in the pass he was a douche. I cant stand the guy he is annoying. I would hate to here him on monday night. Whodey you have to much free time to listening to these bozo's. I hope you dont baase your picks on listening to these clowns.

Yeah I base everything I do on Skip Bayless?  These responses are fucking comical.  Makes me wonder why I waste time trying to help some of you guys out. I know I do just fine for myself.  I have an opinion and always stick with it.  I don't listen to other people for my plays or anything,  I say I value his opinion on other things.

i enjoy listening to him on First Take. Everyone around him reminds me of the public and him being the Sharp.  He is arrogant, but has some very good points that most analysts dont bring up. If it werent for him, first take wouldnt be shit. He debates everyone else and that makes the show
