Get this.  He basically says MN never touched Brees for the most part.  Yet he completed about 52% of his passes and got picked twice.  Got TWO punt returns for TD's....and LOST. 

Home QB doesn't feel the rush at all and throws that out there.  He's basically saying that Brees lost the game for them. 

So he's trying to justify the loss and instead he throws his own QB under the bus. 

Like I said, last year means nothing.  But if someone wants to bring it up, at least do so accurately.

When looking at these games you have to go back to past games, cowboys played b2b arch rival phila, then travel, nothing left in the tank. Arz. had a game way above the bar, nothing left in the tank. It's a game that factors in a lot more than stats. EMOTION is a big element of football.  Good Luck

Hutch you have to remeber this is the game that ED missed the facemask call. when Reggie fumbled, it was a huge missed call.

Jes, before that Dallas game Drew was sacked only 15 times the whole season. Peyton was sacked only 13, and we put up over 2100 yds rushing for the season,  Minnesota only ran for 1918 for the season. Do not under estimate this OLINE.

Saintsfan-  To help make your point Saints OL finished 4th in NFL for regular season allowing 20 sacks and 52 QB hits as opposed to the Vikings who allowed 34 sacks and 83 hits. Team sent two OL to Probowl with Evans and Stinchcomb.Goodwin is an alternate.

I threw that link on a couple thread for good fun, yet you take it like an insult.  And your suggestion about keeping it postseason, I suggest the same to you because we all know you are the biggest non-objective person on here.  If the Vikings win, will you give props or excuses?  I know if the Saints win that I will be rooting for them to take it the whole way.  After all, it is just a game.  Write that down saintsfan, it's just a game.  I would tell you it's all about the money, but you have desperately shown you will bet the Saints regardless of the match-up.

all comes down to the Viks pass rush in this one plain and simple. They protect Brees saints easy.  Minny gets consistent rush on Brees it will offset minny's not so great secondary.  P williams back to back games on the carpet major factore how he holds up. If he is 80% of himself last week Viks are in great shape. The bottom line is that the secondary is as good as your pass rush just watch the minny/dallas game again to see how romo didnt have time to hit his wide open receivers all day.
