New England @ Pittsburgh over 45 for 15 units...

NFL has been a season of mediocracy. One of the harder sports to cap by far. Looking into todays card right now. My buddy Rick who gave us Miss St. a couple weeks back and Western Michigan yesterday said he has a solid NFL play today. He used the word (Lock) a word I don't like so it will be interesting to see what it is. As soon as I get it I will post it right away...BOL...

leans are:

Pitt -7.. (oaktown riding high. Looks like a good spot here....)

Wash/Tenn over 44.... ( Wash defense was bad before they played philly. Things will not get much easier for them this week IMO....)

Cincy -4....( Looks very solid. I can see the Bengals ripping the Bills a new one....)

Lions +6.5.... ( The Lions the Covering machine...)

Arizona +8....( I can see the Cheifs on a fall...)

Browns +2... ( They look damn good today the way they have been playing...)

Jet's -6.5... ( That defense could knock Houston upside the head while pounding with the run...)

Still looking but thats first glance 1pm leans..

4pm leans are:

Seahawks/Saints over 44.5.... ( Saints seem to be back on track with the offense while the Seahawks defense has many holes IMO. Saints should build a nice lead and Seahwks should tail in with some points...)

Atlanta -3... ( Really only -3 for Matty Ice and Roddy Roddy White and company. Looks a little to easy to just pull the trigger...)

Tampa Bay/49ers... ( 1st glance this one has me stumped. 49er games this year have been my doom..)

Indy +4.... ( New England defense looks pretty damn bad. Indy should be able to capitalize....)

1st play is:

Dallas -6 for 5 units... Those WR's Bryant, Austin and Williams & even Witten should be creating major havoc for the Lions all day. Starting to really like the Boys laying less than a TD now. This just in the lion's are 7-2ats as we stand right now and I don't see that continuing. The Lions have done some good things the last couple years with draft picks ( well some of them). But the fact remains that their secondary is garbage at the corner position and they can't stop the run. So it all hignes on the D-Line of the Lions which has played more than well at times this season but they are more than beatable with a good gameplan and I like what Jason Garrett has been cooking. I think that Kitna can release the ball early not allowing the Lions D-Line to be a big factor in this one... 

Time to start evening out that 7-2ats record...

2nd play is:

Pittsburgh -7 for 5 units... Pitt coming off that crushing loss to NE last week should be ready to send the Raider's who are flying high at the moment back into reality. Until the Raider's get them self a solid starting QB they are not going to be able to keep teh wins rolling in. That run offense of the Raider's is about to hit a brick wall in Pittsburgh today IMO. I have no problem laying a TD here in this one as the steelers should channel frustration into the Raiders today...

3rd play is:

N.Y. Jets -6 (-120 hook) for 20 units... Loving this play today as when you look at the Jets 2 losses thus far this season they only allowed 19pts in those 2 games. That Houston defense looks really bad ranking 31st overall in total yards allowed. I can more than see the Jet's defense bottling up the Texan offense in this one leading me to believe when the Jet's have the ball they should be moving it along the field with lots of weapons for Sanchez to choose from. The Offensive line of New York should make things even easier for their skilled players IMO. Rex Ryan and that blitz package should have Schaub hitting teh ground more than a few times today. So far my favorite play on the board.

The Texans defense should dig them a hole they can't get out of today...POD
