I have the Lions +8.5 as the last leg of a teaser. 300 to pay out 1800. Any thoughts about rolling with the play, or hedging it at Chiefs -2.5 and hoping for Chiefs by 3. Anyone have any insight into why the Chiefs cover?

 You should  hedge with K.C -2.5. You have a very good chance of winning both bets. It's conceivable that K.C wins by 3 to 8 points. I really don't think K.C capable of blowing put Lions but it's  very possible given Lions' injuries. K.C is trending upwards. Good luck either way.

Depends what your money situation is. If you wanna guarantee a non-loss then toss 300 on the chiefs -2.5 and hope for a middle

If you wanna monetize the bet already throw 600 on the chiefs


If youre not stressing about the cash then the best play is to just let it ride

I appreciate the input, on both side. I think the injury’s to the Lions secondary lead me to hedge as the safest way to proceed. I put  600 on the Chiefs -2.5 with a profit of 522. It’s hard to win on the road, and Chiefs will be able to score here I think. Here to betting on the middle and winning both! Best of luck gentlemen.

Why wouldn’t anyone not want to hedge to try to win both or even.  At least bet the investment.
