listening to sports radio on the internet and there is a report Ray Rice has food poisoning from food at the team hotel in Pittsburgh

If he does its more serious than you think. I had food poisoning before and it is no joke. If that is the case he will be feeling pretty weak tomorrow with sore muscles as well. That would affect his playing ability for sure I would think.

major loss imo. will buy out of baltimore play if hes out. not so much for his running, but for his ability to catch the ball out of the backfield.

Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice started feeling sick Friday afternoon and had been vomiting at the team hotel in Pittsburgh early Friday evening, according to ESPN's Bob Holtzman.

It's unclear whether the illness will affect his status for Saturday's game against Pittsburgh.

Rice had 17 carries for 57 yards and five catches for 42 yards and a touchdown in last weekend's AFC Wild Card win against Kansas City.

Michael Jordan got food poisoning in Utah when playing against the Jazz in the Finals.    He played well, but looked like he was gonna die when he was on the sidelines during timeouts
