Philly hasn't beaten anybody by more than 7 this year . Carter is out.  HUGE.  Tracey will suit up (awesome prop bet).

Dart is not good, don't kid yourself but he'll limit mistakes on the national stage.

Biggest clue is where the money is headed.  All Eagles.  Same deal as last week...  Nobody called SF to compete at this number (OK, they were 8.5 dogs) and won outright.  Joe's screaming THE FIX!  It's always about the money.  Don't lose sight of that and you can win a few more than you lose.
