Subjective rules and subjective legislation but criticize the refs and the NFL drops the hammer....every time.
Where I stand personally? Valid arguments on both sides, but less rigged and scripted versus incentivized to keep games close with the rules to allow for such.

Don't you people realize that professional athletes have the IQ level of a 4th grader and can't pass a 5th grade math class. How do you expect this football players to follow a script, when 90% of them have trouble writing their name. Patrick Mahomes has been hit in the head since he was 10 years old playing football. You think the dude can follow a script??? He has no idea what day it is??? These athletes are too dumb to realize all they're doing is making money for the owner by putting on a show. Sure, they make a little bit of money, but 90% of them are broke 3 years after they retire. Why? Because they are a bunch of morons. Seriously? Read the op's first post. I think manipulated would be the word. He basically said it's not rigged. Lol.
And he is spot on with his assessment of the nfl. 100 percent set up to be easily manipulated with a few bs calls at the most opportune time. And as far as these coaches go, I would say they have an influence on it. Some of these coaches are making mistakes a 6th grade coach should never make. It's all just a big spectacle .

Refs steering games in a certain direction, sure I can see that happening. But blatantly scripted?

I was smart enough to understand even as a little kid that theres no flying reindeer and one man can't service an entire country in one night, etc.
Slight manipulation and "scripted" are 2 completely different things. I can go along with the fact that sometimes officiating favors certain teams. I've seen that with my own 2 eyes. But if you think games are actually scripted, and the players and coaches follow that, you are legit mentally ill.
